When a nurse came in to check up on me, I sat up and stared at her. "Excuse me, miss?" She looked at me with a friendly smile.

"Yes?" I doubted for a moment, unsure of how to ask this.

"How..." my voice was shaking and I had to clear my throat, "How's Sir Nighteye...?"

And the smile on her face faded in an instant.

I ran down the hall, ignoring the nurse calling for me, and far ahead I saw Togata senpai going the same way as I was.

"Senpai...!" He turned to me, tears were filling his eyes and so were mine. I held his waist and I helped him walk faster, both nurses following us getting closer and closer.

"Wait, Togata-san/(L/n)-san!" They yelled as we reached the door.

"Sir!" Togata screamed as he walked to the hospital bed, dragging me with him.

"Mirio... (M/n)..."

The very moment I saw the state Sir was in the tears escaped my eyes and made their way down my face.

"No! Please don't die! You can't go! You can't...!" The desperation in his voice made me look down and cover my face with my right forearm.

I was biting my bottom lip harshly with my teeth, and I felt my body shaking.

"Mirio, (M/n)... I've made you experiment... so much suffering... if I just had been more astute..." Sir's voice was so weak and barely audible.

"Sir!" Togata exclaimed and I looked up, "You taught me everything! It was because of you that I got stronger! And it's thanks to you that I'm still here alive!"

"Please..." I whispered over Togata's yelling, "You have to keep... teaching us..." my voice cracked as I couldn't keep my sobs in, and I rested my forehead on senpai's shoulder.

"You can't die..." our voices echoed in the room and the silence that followed it made everyone's crying audible.

"Senpai... (M/n)-kun..." Izuku's voice cracked too and I held onto senpai.

"Everything would be alright," Sir said and when I looked up, he was touching Togata's cheek and using his quirk. He made eye contact with me too and he ruffled my hair. "You'll become... exceptional heroes. Both of you."

Slowly, his hand lowered down to rest on the bed again.

"That's the only future... that we don't wish to change, so please..." he showed us a gentle smile with his eyes closed, "Keep smiling."

My vision was blurry because of the tears that spilled out of my eyes, and I knew that Izuku, All Might and Bubble-chan were just like Togata and me.

"Society needs smiles, laughs and energy... to make a brilliant future."

And those were Sir's last words as his heart line went flat, the monitor making that dreadful noise, that noise none of us wanted to hear.

Togata was clenching his teeth as the tears fell, I gripped his hospital wear and he immediately turned to me, hugging me and crying into my neck.

"Goodbye, Sir..." After what I said, nobody held in their sobs, and we cried the death of a great hero.

For now, I was waiting for Izuku and the rest to get back to the dorms, already dressed in my uniform and with my backpack on. Aizawa was by my side, as we watched the TV reports of what happened when Chisaki was being taken away.

Izuku came and I smiled at him as a greeting, he did too, turning to talk with Aizawa sensei.

"I'll be going to visit Togata senpai... (M/n)-kun?" I looked away from the window.

"Yes, Izuku?"

"Could you watch over my things, please?" Silently, I nodded and Aizawa tried to stop him, but knowing Izuku he wouldn't really listen.

And like that I just kept staring out of the window, thinking about Sir.

Just the memory of his peaceful smile as he died made my eyesight blurry with fresh tears. But I've cried enough with everyone else.

And Sir had told us to keep smiling, and I wasn't going to contradict his words.

Before we could go back to the dorm, officers made Eijiro, Izuku and I go through lots of questions and processes, Uraraka and Tsuyu too. In the end, we couldn't go back to the dorm until late that night.

As soon as the five of us walked through the door, we were met with everyone standing there.

"They're back! Th-they're already back!" Mineta yelled.

"Are you okay?!"

"You went through a lot of things!"

"In any way, eat some chocolate cake!"

"We saw it all on the news!"

"Everyone was worried about you, guys."

They commented all at once, making me feel nervous. Kaminari yelled something towards Eijiro and Izuku, and some others said other things, but I was occupied looking around for a certain someone.

"Hey! I know you're all worried, but...!" Iida came standing in front of us with his arms spread out, "Calm down!"

And they all stayed quiet, listening to our class rep.

"Everybody saw the news, right? So you know what they had to go through. As classmates, we should be more comprehensive with their feelings and leave them to rest." Iida put down his arms, getting a serious expression, "It's not just about their bodies... their minds must hurt too..."

"Iida-kun, Iida-kun," Izuku called him.

"Hm?"

"Thank you, but..." he paused, only to look up at him with a tiny smile, "We're fine."

"Well, then..." Iida stayed serious for a couple of seconds, "I was so worried! You have no idea!" His outburst made me hold in a chuckle and then I heard Yaoyorozu commenting something about making us some tea.

Sero caught Eijiro by his neck, questioning why he didn't say anything, and then Mina asked him if he was alright, which kinda confused me.

"Hey, Kacchan!" Weirdly enough, that voice was Kaminari's, so I followed him with my eyes, and he stopped by one of the couches, where Katsuki was resting lazily on with his feet on the coffee table. "What are you doing over here?! It wouldn't be because you were worried too?! Eh?!"

Dear Pikachu, you're pushing your luck with Katsuki, I would back off if I were you.

"Be honest!"

"I'm going to sleep!" And I was right. Katsuki stood up and harshly pushed Kaminari down on the couch, and even if it wasn't directly on the ground, it still seemed pretty painful.

Kaminari made fun of Katsuki for going to sleep so early, but I saw where my boyfriend was going.

He wasn't walking to the elevator, he was walking up to me.

I'm gonna die.

He stood in front of me and I didn't know what to do, so I just bit my lip and looked away in shame. "You're coming with me, asshole."

Katsuki grabbed the collar of my uniform and began dragging me with him, I heard our classmates yelling at him to leave me alone and to be nice to me but I just smiled at them reassuringly.

"I'm gonna be fine guys, don't worry, I'll come back for that tea, though!" I said loud enough for them to hear me as the elevator door closed.
