love at first sight

a/n: no smut in this chapter :)

it was my first day at hawkins high. i'm a senior this year and i'm excited to finish school somewhere else. i walk onto campus and just take a quick glance before i snap out of the gaze by a bell.

"shit" i was supposed to be at the office to meet my tour guide. i quickly find my way to the office and walk in. the principal comes out and looks at me

"Are you y/n y/ln?"

i smile at him and quickly answer

"Yes sir that's me"

he puts his hand out and i take it, giving it a small shake before letting go.

"Your guide should be here soon, you can stand right over there and wait for him, glad to have you joining us, i've seen your grades and let's just say i'm impressed"

i smile again and say a quiet thank you before standing where he suggested

his pov: i walked into the office since i got picked to be a stupid guide, ugh. i tell them why i'm there and walk into the main room, seeing the most beautiful girl i've ever seen. her hair, her style, her everything. she was perfect. i smile quickly before walking over to her, not getting too close

back to your pov: i look down to fix my skirt and when i look up again, i lock eyes with the most beautiful man i've ever seen. his long curly hair. his beautiful eyes. my eyes trail down to his hands, noticing the rings he wears. i look back up and make eye contact yet again.

"Well hello there doll"

he says with a smirk on his face, quickly looking me up and down. i flash a quick smile.

"Hi. I'm y/n, and you areeee?"

i say while putting my hand out, he grabs it.

"Eddie. Eddie Munson, i'm going to be showing you around today"

he says still holding my hand. i look down at our hands still connected.

"Can't wait"

i pull my hand away and smile at him again.

he leads me outside of the office and we start walking around.

"So, what brought you to hawkins if you don't mind me asking"

he says while looking at me.

"Well, I decided to move here to finish my last year of school. Left my parents behind to do what i wanted. So mostly for the opportunity"

i respond, looking into his eyes and then down to his mouth quickly, he notices and smiles.

"If you ever want anyone to hang out with, i'm available"

"Why thank you Munson, i appreciate that"

he smiles and leads me into a room

"This is where my dnd club meets. Do you know dnd?"

i look around the room

"Is that even a question? Of course i do"

i say while laughing a bit. i see eddie looking at my mouth while i laugh and i look at his shirt curiously

"What do i have to do to be in this "Hellfire Club"?"

"All you have to do is ask princess"

he says with a small smile

"Count me in then"

i smile back

*time skip cause boring*

after the tour eddie stops and slips me a piece of paper

"This has my number on it, you know in case you need or want anything"

i could tell he was nervous handing it to me and i took it while smiling (ik they don't have phones but, just pretend 🙏)

"Soooo, thank you for an amazing tour and i guess ill see you soon"

i smile quickly at him before putting his number in my jacket pocket and walking away. as im walking away i hear him teasingly shout

"Not even a goodbye kiss, you're killing me y/n"

i turn around slowly, making eye contact with him from a distance. he instantly looked like he regretted saying that. i began walking back over to him until i was right in front of him. i didn't say anything else before i quickly kissed his lips and he kissed back. he grabbed my waist and i pulled away slowly, biting his bottom lip as i did. i looked him in his eyes and smirked

"I'll text you later, Munson"

i walked away again and disappeared out the exit
