a/n: no smut

after i asked eddie he moved all of his stuff in and i helped. his trailer was officially empty and yes.. he brought his handcuffs ;). i helped him organize his side of the closet, making sure everything was nice and on the hangers. i told him to bring a few of his posters too just to make the room feel more like his own. we hung those up together and finished organizing all his stuff. i had a little extra present for him too, knowing how much he loves his guitar.

"Eddie my love, come in the room i got something for you!"

he was in the the kitchen washing a couple dishes. the water stops running and he walks into the room. i look him up and down. he took his shirt off while we were organizing the room for more 'comfortable moving'.. his words not mine. he smirks and leans against the door frame

"So princess are you going to stare or are you going to show me what you got?"

i look up at him and smile

"Oh yeah. Almost forgot"

i walk to the closet, opening my side and pulling out a new guitar holder. just for him. his eyes light up and i swear he looks like he could cry. he quickly walks over to me, 'squealing' excitedly while pulling me in for a hug. i laugh and hug him back

"Thank you soooo much princess. I've been needing one for a while."

he pulls away to be facing me and starts kissing all over my face. i laugh and fake struggle to get away, knowing i love this. he finally kisses me on my lips, passionately. he pulls away after a while and smiles.

"You're the best y/n"

i smile

"Well personally i think you're the best but, set it up and put the guitar on there! I can't wait to see how it looks"

he smiles and let's go of me, picking up the new guitar stand and starts to set it up. he places it in the empty space in our room, away from everything and then runs to the living room and comes back with his guitar. he sets it on the stand, just staring at if after he does. i smile and sit on the bed

"You know.. i kind of want to learn how to play the guitar. Know anyone who could teach me?"

i say the last line jokingly obviously. he turns to me and raises an eyebrow.

"Oh love you're looking at the best and only man who can teach you how to play. You really want to learn?"

"Yes i do"

he smiles and grabs the guitar, sitting on the bed next to me. he points to the nightstand next to our bed

"Can you grab my pick necklace out of the drawer for me sweetheart?"

i nod and reach over and open the drawer, pulling the necklace out and handing it to him. i shut the drawer and give my full attention to eddie now

"Okay so I'm just going to show you the basics okay? Nothing too hard and then i'll just keep teaching you."

"Sounds good."

he nods and placed his hands on the guitar.

"So this is how you're going to hold it, just to get the flow of it right"

i nod and he starts playing different tones, telling me the letter for each one. i focus on his hands and fingers. watching where they go on the guitar

"Now i'm going to play a song that we know and that'll be the first one you learn okay?"

"Which song?"

"You'll know when i play it. Just watch closely okay"

"Okay"

i was doing that anyway.. he starts playing Sex on Fire, going all over the fingerboard. i watch closely, smiling because of the song choice. he keeps playing it, humming along quietly. i start humming with him at some point and he keeps going and i keep watching. he finally finishes and looks at me

"See. Easy."

i smile and nod

"Oh yeah, easy for sure. You really know how to work your fingers."

"You'd know best wouldn't you princess."

he winks and hands me the guitar.

"So i'm going to say the letter and you're going to play it okay? Just to see if you remember."

"Okay."

he starts saying random letters and i do the key that matches with that letter. he nods after each one. after he finishes all the letters he tells me the letter pattern for the beat of Sex on Fire and tells me to try it out. i do and get it right. i've always been a fast learner. for a few more hours we just sat there. in our house. i learned the whole song within those hours and he was so proud. i'm glad i can share a life with him now. and i love him sharing his hobbies with me but i will say, guitar is actually really fun

a/n: i know absolutely nothing about guitars in real life soooo, i couldn't go into REAL detail lol. their house now. how cute.
