we get to steve's house and go up to the door. i guess we were a little early cause there wasnt too many people there. we helped steve and robin set up the last couple of things for the party. eddie and i decided to sit on the couch until more people came and within like 45 minutes, the living room was full. and so was everywhere else. we hung out with robin and steve for most of the time. we're all standing in the kitchen talking. me, robin, and steve are drinking. obviously eddie isn't to get me home safely, gentleman.

"s: I've been wondering the same thing. Badass of both of you but, why"

"y: Well it all started when chrissy showed up at eddie's trailer to buy some weed. i was standing right next to him when he opened the door, only wearing underwear and one of his shirts"

robin and steve look at each other

"y: And then i had a breakdown over it and that got resolved. Then the very next day i had first period with jason and he decided to be an asshole to me. after i was an asshole back he pushed me and i punched him in the face. got sent to the office"

i look at eddie

"y: And there i saw this man with chrissy and the principal asking why they ditched together"

i look back at robin and steve. their faces show pure shock and confusion

"y: I left the office and started walking home where eddie eventually caught up to me and gave me a ride home. i told him to never talk to chrissy again or id beat her ass."

eddie interrupts me

"e: And that's exactly what she did. Chrissy came up to me at lunch one day when y/n was in the bathroom and tried to get me to talk to her but i ignored her the whole time of course. when y/n got back and chrissy wouldn't leave, she beat her ass right there in the cafeteria"

"y: I got suspended for 3 days and just lived my life during those days. Then the party, Jason decided to be an asshole to me yet again and eddie intervened this time. he beat jason's ass and when chrissy was touching eddie to pull him off i beat her ass again."

"e: Then we left. And that's pretty much all"

robin and steve look at us with their mouths hanging open

"s: Totally like, you beat chrissy up twice and then punched jason. And then eddie, you beat jason up"

"e: We did what had to be done"

steve pulls eddie to the side and me and robin stay talking

"s: And props to you for actually listening to your girlfriend and ignoring chrissy"

"e: I don't think you understand id do anything for this girl man. I know she's the one"

steve puts his hand on eddie's shoulder

"s: I'm happy for you man"

eddie smiles at him and then looks at me. he comes back over to us and leans down and whispers in my ear

"e: Let's go to the bathroom to smoke, don't feel like going outside"

i look up at him and nod.

"y: Were gonna go to the bathroom"

i tell robin and steve. we leave them and go to the bathroom, shutting and locking the door behind us. i sit up on the counter and eddie stands in between my legs. he lights a joint and we pass it back and forth until we finish it.
