a/n: TELL A FRIEND TO TELL A FRIEND.. SHES BAAAAAACKKKKKKK. hey babies i've missed u all so much! i'm going to try and start writing again when i have free time. my bf and i broke up (heart breaking), college is over, and im more free. i don't know how long ill be here this time but, it's the chapters that count😁. im rusty, of course.. but i will do my best. love you all happy reading

i wake up to an empty bed. i sit up, looking around the room as i rub my eyes. i slip out of bed and slip on some socks before walking out to the kitchen. i see eddie making breakfast, not noticing me behind him. after flipping the bacon he turns around, a soft smile on his face

"Good morning princess"

i smile back softly

"Good morning handsome"

he walks over to me, wrapping me in his arms for a hug. i hug him back, my arms wrapping tightly around him, my face buried in his chest

"I love you"

i say softly, listening to his heart beat. he rubs my back softly

"I love you too princess. You hungry?"

he says pulling away to look down at me keeping me wrapped in his embrace

"Starving"

i say with a smile. he grabs my hand and leads me to a chair, pulling it out for me. i giggle as i sit down

"Such a gentleman"

he smiles as i say this, kissing the top of my head before walking back to the stove. he takes out plates and starts putting the food he made onto them. he brings me my plate first and goes back for his, setting it on the table

"Anything to drink?"

"Water will be fine. Thank you"

i smile at him before he goes and fills two cups with water. he sits down with me and hands me the cup. we start eating, glancing at each other every couple of seconds. small smiles on our faces. i can't describe how good it feels to be with him again. in our home.

"So, any plans for the day?"

i ask as i take a bite of my bacon, waiting for a response

"Just hanging out with you. That's all I want to do sweetheart. I want to be here with you. For you"

he says with a soft smile. i smile back, my mind racing as i remember all the events i was so desperately trying to not think about

"I appreciate it more than you know. I um, want to talk about it after breakfast. If you don't mind"

he nods quickly

"Of course we can talk baby. Of course"

i smile and nod, continuing my meal not talking much now. i finish up and eddie practically jumps to take my plate to the sink for me. i get up from the table and sit on the couch, waiting for him to join me. he puts his plate in the sink before sitting down next to me, his hand on my thigh immediately.

"I'm all ears doll"

he says, looking at me as he squeezes my thigh reassuringly. i sigh slightly, my breathing already feeling funny as i put my hand on top of his

"It was just.. weird. It was such an unexpected thing and it really shook me. I didn't know if I was going to see you again and it crushed me. So bad. My mind was racing with every moment we've ever shared"

i look at him, my eyes tearing up as i talk

"You were my only motivation in there. When I thought I wasn't going to make it, I thought of you. Only you"
