"Finally home!" Pigsy said walking in the house while helping MK into the house as he wore a walking boot cast on his leg, with Tang behind him incase he falls, after Sandy patched up MK, he fixed up the truck and the three decided to head home since Mei and Sandy insisted that they'll start the cleanup while MK rests. Pigsy gently placed MK on the sofa and crashes onto the lazy boy seat "after a day like that, I am glad to be home" Pigsy said letting out a tired sigh "couldn't have said it better myself" MK said, he then let out a wince as he accidentally shifted his leg wrong and Tang was at his side in an instant "MK! Are you alright, is your leg bothering you, do you need more painkillers!" Tang said checking his son and making sure his leg was propped up right 

"Baba I'm fine, I just shifted my leg wrong a little that's all" MK said trying to calm down his worried Baba "are you sure?" Tang asked looking at his son "yes Baba, I'm sure" MK said with a smile, Tang looked at MK and let out a sigh sitting down next to his son. MK looked at Tang seeing that half of his face was buried under his scarf and his hands were shaking "Baba, are you alright?" MK asked and Tangs head shot up to look at MK "o-of course I'm alright MK" Tang said with a shakey smile, but MK wasn't buying it "Baba, you can always tell when I'm hiding something, now I get the feeling that you're hiding something from me" MK said looking at Tang in the eyes, Tang looked at MK and let out a small sigh "it's nothing really....I'm just....still shaken up from what happened at.....the flaming mountains" Tang said looking down at his hands which were still shaking 

MKs eyes widened at what he heard as the memories of the flaming mountains flashed in his mind and the last thing he heard before blacking out was his Baba screaming out his name ".....I'm sorry, that I scared you, Mei, and Dadsy" MK apologized making Tang look up at him in shock "MK, no...no, no, no, no, no don't apologize, it wasn't your fault" Tang said gently placing his hands on MKs shoulders "but If I had just listened to you and Dadsy this wouldn't have happened" MK said looking down at his injured leg while clutching the shrunken staff in his pocket. Tang placed a hand under MKs chin and turned MKs head around to face him "but then you wouldn't have found Monkey King, you wouldn't have the courage to fight DBK and win" Tang said looking at MK "yes it was terrifying, but at the same time it was exciting, the things we've experienced was something that almost seemed impossible to do but we did it, YOU did it...and I know that whatever happens we always stick together as a family, and nobody gets left behind...or forgotten, and don't you ever forget that" Tang said gently cupping MKs cheeks 

MK looked at Tang and smiled "yeah your right" the teen said and Tang smiled back "I'm your Baba, of course I'm right" Tang said placing a kiss on MKs forehead "now sit tight while I make us something to eat" Tang said getting up and heading out to the kitchen, MK watched his Baba leave before leaning back on the couch and sighed 'Best birthday ever' he thought smiling up at the ceiling
