Spider Queen shouts in anger as she destroyed everything in the lab "I had the Monkey King's power, the city was mine, and I still lost!" Spider Queen said glaring "my queen, you will have your revenge" the girl said making the spider demoness turn to her "now that we have the trigram furnace, it is time to take the next step towards your destiny” the girl said opening her hand and a glowing blue projection of a box appeared in her hand, a keyhole on one side of it "and how’s that supposed to help, more importantly, what is that?” Spider Queen said crossing her arms "the first of eight powerful items that we will need, it must be retrieved from the cloud" the girl said, the Syntax push Goliath and Huntsman out of the way and steps forward "the cloud, my queen allow me to break in and bring you this item" Syntax said crossing his arms with a smirk "oh really, and just how are you going to do that?" Spider Queen asked turning towards her henchmen, Syntax pulls his sleeve back and pressed a button on his wrist creating a holographic version of the cloud "the cloud is a labyrinth, an unrivalled collection of knowledge, guarded by fearsome beings who cannot be overcome by brute strength or… the ability to track footprints in the mud” he said, Huntsman snarling at the tech based demon

"However, it is connected to all the technology in the world, and therefore, I can exploit it” Syntax said grinning, then using another holographic screen he scroll through different apps “have you ever heard the story of the sleep bug?” He said, dragging a pixel looking bug with a red background into a slot, watching it slowly replace every other icon on the screen

Back on the mountain, MK and Macaque watch as Monkey King pack his things "what do you mean vacation?" MK said watching his dad throw things into the suitcase, his phone buzz in his pocket and he pulls it out to see a game flashing on his phone "Sleep bug! Get it from the-" but MK just powered down his phone and shoved it back into his pocket "Ahhh come on bud, I promise myself that when I found a successor I'd go see some friends, take a tour of my old stomping grounds, just cut loose you know" Monkey King said throwing random things in the suitcase "oh, gonna need these" Monkey King said putting on sunglasses "bu-but you can't just leave, what if someone attacks the city, what if the Spider Queen comes back!" MK said panicking. Monkey King couldn't help but chuckled "ahh you'll figure it out, it's adorable how nervous you are" Monkey King said closing his suitcase "but don't be, you've come a long way" Monkey King said gently pushing his son making the teen pout

"And you know....The next step of your journey, you must do alone" Monkey King said over dramatically while doing a dramatic pose with a serious face "alone!?" MK said in shock "but don't worry, I'll check in, give you some training tools, remote lessons, and I asked Macaque to keep continuing your training while I'm gone...aah, we'll figure it out, you'll be great, don't worry" Monkey King said placing his suitcase on the somersault cloud "Wukong, what's really going on, why all of a sudden you decided to take a vacation when we have dangerous enemies lurking around the city who knows about our sons existence, is there something your not telling us?" Macaque said, Monkey King looked away biting his lip 'I really wanna tell you but, I need to do this alone, I don't want to get you hurt' Monkey King thought turning back to his husband and gave him a kiss on the cheek " everything's fine Mango, honest, I'll be back before you know it, I promise" Monkey King said and hops onto it turning to his son and husband with a smile and put the sunglasses on "Monkey King out!" Monkey King said with two thumbs up and crashes through the rock wall and disappears into the sky

"Fine, t-then just leave, at least my ma and friends won't abandon me!" MK said hurt that his dad and mentor left, Macaque placed a gentle paw on his shoulder "he would never abandon you cub, and neither will I, he just has trouble communicating is all" Macaque said looking down at his cub "I guess" MK said letting out a sigh. Macaque smiled and pulled his cub into a hug and MK soon hugs back "C'mon, let's go see the others" Macaque said, MK nods and the two left Flower Fruit Mountain through a shadow portal
