Chapter 48

Young Qi Xiaotian stared out the window of Pigsy's food truck with his Monkey King plush in his arms while Pigsy would glance at him from time to time, since Tang was at work Pigsy decided to watch over Qi Xiaotian while the scholar was at work "well here we are kid" Pigsy said pulling up to the noodle shop, Qi Xiaotian stared up at the pink neon lights that says 'Pigsy's Noodles'. The pig demon steps out of his truck and opened the door to let Qi Xiaotian out "pretty cool huh" Pigsy said smirking down at the kid, Qi Xiaotian didn't answer and buried his face in his plush, Pigsy's smirk fell a little and sighed awkwardly "let's head inside" Pigsy said unlocking the door and the two headed inside. When they were in the five year old was picked up and placed on a stool at the indoor bar "stay right here while I prepare things" Pigsy said and headed to the kitchen

As the day rolled by slowly Qi Xiaotian watched silently as people came in and would either eat while gush over how adorable he was or how shy he was, Pigsy gives everyone a strict warning to focus on their food and theirselves instead of his kid or else he'll throw them out, so they all leaved the five year old alone. When Pigsy finished placing an order he checked on Qi Xiaotian who was concentrating on what he was drawing "what's you drawing kid?" Pigsy asked looking over at the kid, Qi Xiaotian looked at the chef then back at the drawing and showed Pigsy the drawing, it was a crudely drawing of Pigsy with a chefs hat and a bowl of noodles in his hand "not bad kid, you really are quite the artist kiddo" Pigsy said smiling. Qi Xiaotian stared at the pig demon in surprise and a tiny blush on his face, then his stomach started to growl "ya hungry kid?" Pigsy asked, Qi Xiaotian looked down and nodded "alright, one bowl of noodles coming right up" Pigsy said heading to the kitchen

Later Pigsy came back with a hot bowl of noodles "here you go kid, one bowl of noodles, on the house" Pigsy said placing the bowl in front of the five year old, Qi Xiaotian stared at the bowl and saw a pair of chopsticks, he picks them up but due to his small hand they clumsily fell out of his hands. The chef couldn't help but chuckled "here, try this" Pigsy said handing the five year old a fork, the five year old took the fork and began eating, when the noodles touched his tongue his eyes sparkled and started to eat more but then started coughing "Hey, hey, easy kid don't eat too fast" Pigsy said gently patting Qi Xiaotians back, soon Qi Xiaotian calmed down "there, feel better kid?" Pigsy asked Qi Xiaotian looked up at the pig demon and nodded "alright, don't eat too fast again okay kid" Pigsy asked ruffling the five year old hair and went back to work as the five year old ate his lunch slower

As the day went by it was now closing time and Pigsy was finishing up cleaning the table when he heard the door to the shop open "we're closed" Pigsy said not looking up "even for me?" A familiar voice said making the chef stop wiping the table, he looks at the entrance and saw Tang standing there with a smile and the pig demon couldn't help but smile too "nah, your welcome here anytime, as long as you pay for your food" Pigsy said chuckling "you're so mean Pigsy" Tang said pouting at his husband, Pigsy chuckled again and walked towards him "I'm just messing with you" Pigsy said pulling the scholar into a hug and kissed his cheek "where's Xiaotian?" Tang asked looking around the shop "he's on the stool fast asleep" Pigsy said pointing to the five year old who was sleeping laying his head on the bar with drawings under him, Tang smiled at the scene and picked the child up along with gathering the drawings and the two exit the shop

Day 3:

MK stares up at the sky as he floats calmly in the river on his back his breathing calmly as the rest of the monkeys relaxed in the cool water as well, he close his eyes and took a deep realxing breath, as he exhales he heard a loud splash from just above his head, he sits up to see ripples of water, and Monkey King shots up from the water "WHOOO!!! Nothing like a cool dip in the river on a hot day like today, huh bud?" Monkey King said pushing his wet fur hair back "yeah, really does beat the heat" MK said smiling, the copper simian smirked and began shaking the wet fur, the water landing on the teen "hey, stop!" MK said shielding himself from the water, Monkey King stops and laughs, only to get a face full of water when MK splashes water towards him

"Hey, no fair!" Monkey King said playfully glaring at his son "you started it" MK said playfully glaring back and soon the two started a war splashing each other with water laughing. Macaque sat on the rock and laughed seeing his husband and son playing together 'it's so nice seeing those two get along so well' he thought smiling. Soon the two got tired and declared a tie, Monkey King looked at Macaque and smiled, he leaned toward the teen and whispered something into MKs ear, the teens eyes lit up and smiled making the tanned simian raise an eyebrow 'what are those two up do?' He thought watching the copper simian dives into the water leaving the teen in the water as MK smiled at his ma, Macaque raised an eyebrow with a smile "what are you two up tooo-AAAH!" Macaque shouted as he was tackled into the water by Monkey King

Macaque shoots up his clothes and fur wet coughing while MK tried to hold in his laughter, when Macaque stopped and glares at Monkey King who smiled up at his husband in from the water, he then smirked and dunked the copper simian into the water, Monkey King shots up and picked Macaque up from the waist and the two began playfully wrestling with each other. MK stood at the sidelines and began laughing, soon Monkey King pinned Macaque on a rock and the two stared into each other's eyes, and soon the two pulled each other into a kiss, and MK smiled seeing the plan working

Later on MK returned to his room fresh clothes and a towel on his shoulders, he brings out his phone and began to face time his friend, but she didn't answer "huh?" MK said confused knowing that Mei would immediately pick up, he decided to call his dads, but they didn't pick up either "that's weird, usually they would pick up?" MK said raising an eyebrow "they're probably just busy, I'll try again later" MK said placing his phone back down on the bed and went to the living room, having a bad feeling about something but quickly shook it away
