Darkness engulfed the world's forests again. There was talk of a shadow to the East, there was whisper of an unnamed dread, and the ring of power understood that its time had come. He abandoned Gollum. However, fate thwarted the ring's intentions.
It was raised by the creature least destined to do so. The hobbit, Bilbo Baggins of the Shire. For the time is coming when the tobbits will decide the fate of all.
