Woochan and Leo stood outside the house that evening, waiting for one of them to start the conversation over what had just happened.

‘What’s up bro?’ Woochan finally spoke. ‘What happened in there? Did your brother instinct just kick in? But you’re not protective to your brothers.’

Leo shook his head, immediately disagreeing with Woochan. ‘I wish I could tell you everything in detail but my family is just weird. Just remember that…Justin and Sangwon don’t want you close to her so they were getting frustrated, I had to stop whatever was going on. In fact they even called for a meeting tonight so I’m afraid it’s gonna be pretty dramatic.’

‘But you’ve never cared for drama,’ he observed. Indeed, Leo only cared about school, inheriting his father’s business and more practical issues. ‘That pretty much sounded like it’s all YOU and nothing to do with your brothers.’ Woochan looked at him silently then laughed. ‘Nah, it couldn’t be.’

‘What?’ he asked curiously, then rubbed the back of his head in confusion. ‘You’re right, I really don’t care about drama. Hmm…maybe it’s because Yorch and I are on different sides and I really want to win.’

‘Whatever I say, you won’t punch me or end our friendship right?’ Woochan laughed again. ‘Well I kind of started thinking you’re attracted to your own…sister?’ he looked him in the eye, seeing his shock or surprise very clearly. ‘Leo you never care about what happens to girls…in fact you never care about girls at all.’

Leo’s first instinct was to laugh. Did Woochan really think Leo was attracted to Y/N? It was funny to even imagine it. If he liked Y/N, it would be because she resembled one of his favorite cartoon characters. He wasn’t childish enough to like someone for that was he?But he had really never gotten concerned before in his life.

‘Of course I don’t like Y/N,’ Leo finally answered after he had finished laughing. He placed a hand on Woochan’s shoulder, not sure if he was being 100% honest.

‘Hmm…oh well!’ Woochan shrugged, ‘by the way…I think Y/N and I have great chemistry! We have so much in common! We both want to work in the film industry…we both like pizza and she seems so natural around me! Don’t tell Sangwon and Justin…I will be as discreet as possible but I think after the play I’ll ask her on a date…and I’m sure she’ll say yes. No one will know! By the way can you get her number for me?!’

Leo nodded. ‘Of course why wouldn’t I? But you know…having so much in common doesn’t always mean you’ll be a good couple. Have you ever tried Yujin? She’d like you too if you gave it a shot.’ now he didn’t know why he was saying that, to win over Yorch or because he didn’t want Y/N with Woochan.

Woochan laughed. ‘Dude she’s not my type! Y/N is different! She’s independent and fun…and gosh she has such gorgeous eyes! They sparkle! Her eye lashes are so long…her face is so pretty! Oh sorry you wouldn’t know…I was the one face to face with her…and of course brothers wouldn’t look much,’ he punched Leo’s shoulder, ‘she’s the one Leo!’

His companion forced a smile. ‘Dude you’re freaking 18. No 18 year old can even say for sure that someone’s the one. You’ll like someone else eventually. If you’re so into pretty girls, there’s loads.'

The window to Justin’s room upstairs suddenly opened, and he popped his head out. He looked angry. ‘Leo! Get up here right now!’ he announced and slammed it shut again.
