Night had fallen by the time that I stopped running. I climbed up in a tree and sat down. I was angry, hurt, and I wanted to go home. However, if Daniel had killed my father, then he had lied to me and I'd hated him for it. I was thirsty again and hated myself for that as well. Why was I like this? I had already drank a cup of blood, an elk, a vampire and a man. Why wasn't that enough? It made me so angry. I heard a deer walking by and drank it's blood deeply. It was amazing but, it lasted for only a little while. It was saddening. My whole body screamed with a craving for blood. I jumped from a tree and ran into a house near by. Two men where sitting on the couch watching tv. They looked at me and I bit into them. I drank their amazing blood. I left them dead on the floor. I was still so thirsty. I ran to the next house and drank the blood of five girls. I continued drinking through five houses. I enjoyed it and it scared me. Finally at the break of dawn, I sat down and realized all the damage I had inflicted. Innocent people were now dead. That made me no better than my dad and Jordan. I was now the same as them. It frustrated me to no end. I couldn't believe how I was acting. I wanted to get away from myself. What was I going to do?
Later at around noon, I heard the cop sirens whaling. I knew then that they indeed found the bodies. I crept up and watch as they pulled out every single person that I had killed.
Suddenly, there was a snapping sound. I turned and there was bear. I was thirsty again so I bit into it. The warm elixir pooled in my mouth as I swallowed it. There was nothing better than this. When I was done, I took off running.
