Chapter 30:
We did it! We won it! We won the championships! And to celebrate the triumph, we got a two weeks holiday from our school! Oh yeah, us girls rock! So for the holidays, we planned a few parties. One at my place day after tomorrow and one at Allysse's on the Tuesday of next week.
"Hey Kathy, some help with the chores?" Ash asks. "Oh wait, you're too girly for that, right?"
"Oh shut up! I would help you but I'm going next door," I reply.
"To meet with your boyfriend?" Ash sang from Good Girls.
"Made you a 5sos Fam!" I say. "And he ain't my boyfriend."
"Really?" Ash asks drying a dish.
"Yes, really," I reply and leave. I ring the door bell of the Neesham house hold.
"Yes?" Dave, Stuart's step-brother opens the door.
"Is Stuart home?" I ask.
"Yes, you are Kathy, right?" He asks. I nod. "Come in." I step in and he closes the door behind me. "Stuart it's your friend Kathy!" Stuart shows up from the kitchen.
"Hi!"I say.
"Hey, Kath!" He smiles.
"When are you two getting official?" Dave asks.
"We are just friends," Stuart says.
"I see," Dave heads to his room.
"Can we talk in private?" I ask.
"Come on lets go to my room," Stuart says. So Stuart leads me to his room upstairs. We both sit on his bed covered in a blue bed sheet.
"Stuart, we need to tell your Dad about your step-mum," I say.
"Kathy, you don't have to do this and besides he won't listen," Stuart replies.
"Your my friend and I want to do this and what's in trying?" I say.
"I don't want Dad to say anything to you or get angry with you," Stuart says.
"Don't worry about me, just tell me where does your Dad work," I say.
"Kath.." Stuart protests.
"Stuart, I know what I'm doing, tell me, or I'll find out from some one else," I say.
"Fine," he replies and tells me.
