Part 79~ Game day and surprises

(A week later)

Tobio had to get up around 5am this morning, due to having a big game.

They were traveling only about a half hour away, but they still had to do warm ups and prepare for the game.

He got all ready, and by the time it was almost 7am, he was ready to leave the house. Now without saying goodbye to the twins, Kazuyo and Shoyo.

He walked into the twins room, and gave them both a kiss on the forehead since they were still sleeping.

He then walked into their room again and gave Kazu a kiss on the head and made sure he was all cozy in his bassinet before turning to Shoyo and giving him a kiss and leaving a small note on their side table.

He left the house, got into his car and drove off to work.

He kept the heat on in the car since it was still super chilly out and he'd rather not be freezing in the drive there.

Once he did reach the arena, he was greeted by Tsukishima, Noya and a couple other teammates who were all waiting for him.

"How are the kids, and Shoyo!" Noya asked, all energetic and practically bouncing off the walls.

"They are fine. Although the twins started learning how to get out of their cribs" Tobio narrowed his eyes and remembered the night he was up with them for hours after they somehow escaped their cribs.

"Oh my gosh, your gonna have to get them toddler beds soon!" Noya chuckled and cheered.

"Yea, your right about that. We already started looking at some" Tobio punched the bridge if his nose and finished up his coffee, throwing it in the trash as they walked in.

Coach Haru gathered them all at their spot and had them start warming up. They did some simple sets, receives and serves, and before they new it, was already time to start the game.

When Shoyo woke up this morning, he heard Kazuyo crying, along with small footsteps from outside.

He got up quickly and picked Kazu up, starting to gently rock him as he then walked over to the door and opened it, stepping out.

He saw the twins stop in their tracks and giggle as they ran up to him, each grabbing one of his legs.

"Hi princesses" he smiled and sighed, adjusting Kazu to where his head was resting on his shoulder, using one hand to support his bottom and the other to his head.

"Do you want to go see daddy at work?" He smiled and looked down at them, giggling as they got all excited and started running around again.

"I can't believe you got out of your beds again" he whispered to himself and sighed as they began to go downstairs and get breakfast ready.

He made them some pancakes and cut up some fruit, while he got Kazu's baby food ready, along with a milk bottle.

After breakfast, he got the kids all dressed up. He put Kazuyo in a small blue onesie that had a little shark in the middle.

He let the twins pick out their outfits, Hanako chose a rainbow shirt and while overalls while Harumi chose a white shirt and blue polka dot pants.

He dressed himself in a tan and white plaid cardigan, with a white shirt and brown pants. He made sure to bring the baby carrier with him, and they were on their way. He got the kids in their car seats and started driving.
