This morning was going by slow for the couple, not that they really minded though.

They just had Kazuyo's ten month check up, so they spent the those morning at the doctors.

The pup was doing good, he was doing good on the growth chart, although he was a bit shorter than most babies his age. Nothing bad though, it was a pretty normal occurrence.

After the doctors appointment, Shoyo, Tobio decided to go out for lunch with Kazuyo.

They went to a small café that had some indoor seating, they both just got water and a small meal to share, and got Kazuyo a small fruit salad that they could give him little peace's of.

The couple took turns feeding the small pup, and then finished up their food before getting up to leave.

When they got outside, they just decided to take a little walk around town.

They went into a couple shops and picked out some toys for the twins, and just a few other things they needed.

While they were leaving one of the shops, they heard Shoyo's name being called, making them both turn their heads to where it was coming from.

"Shoyo-" Saya, his mom said as she jogged up to them.

Shoyo just turned and handed Kazuyo over to Tobio, "please just go over there with him" he said and punched the bridge if his nose as he turned to face her.

Tobio hesitated at first, but figured it was best to let him handle things, knowing he could handle it.

Shoyo crossed his arms and looked up at her, motioning for her to follow him a bit away from the store, not wanting to cause any chaos if things got bad.

He just tapped his foot, waiting for her to say something.

"Shoyo- I um...I'm so sorry" she said and teared up, making Sho raise a brow.

"What" he said and uncrossed his arms, looking back up at her.

"I'm sorry, for everything. All the things I've said to hurt you, and all the times I have put you down. I'm so sorry. I love you honey, I really do, your my baby boy, and I can't believe I treated you like that" she said, now almost a sobbing mess.

Shoyo teared up, but straightened himself and stood his ground. "I don't even know what to say to be honest. You- you left me alone, mom. When I needed you the most, you didn't care." He said, wiping his eyes with one hand and looking down at the ground.

"I know honey- I realize now everything I have done was so, so wrong. What I said to you is unforgivable, I just wanted you to know how sorry I was. I tried reaching out, but your father didn't want me hurting you even more. And I understand that, but I want to be in your life still" Saya said as she looked down at him.

"Mom, I appreciate your apology, but why now? I- I went through two pregnancies, without my mom by my side, or holding my hand for support when I was in pain. My babies- they don't know their grandma because you decided that we weren't good enough for you, and that I was a disappointment. I got married without my mom there, not there to help me get ready or showing her support for me on my big day" he cried and felt like he wanted to just fold to the ground.

"I know- I'm sorry. I really don't know how I can ever make up for any of that. I just want- no, I need you to know that I am here now. I understand if you need time to think about this all of if you don't want to forgive me, but I want to be here for you, I know I'm so late for that, there is truly no excuse for my actions" Saya reached out and touched his cheek.
