(Shoyo is around two and a half months now)

  Tobio left this morning a bit earlier, he and a few other team members were going to set up for the game they had today.

Shoyo dropped the kids off at Tobio's parents house, since he had a doctors appointment today.

He got to the doctors office and got himself checked in, texting Tobio that he got there okay.

"Shoyo Kageyama?" A nurse called out into the waiting room, he stood up and followed her into a room.

"Okay, Dr Miyu has another patient right now, so I'm going to be doing your ultrasound for you today" She smiled and put on a pair of gloves.

Shoyo smiled and nodded, laying back and lifting up his shirt to let her do the ultrasound.

"So, how has everything been going? Any pains, or discomfort?" She asked, putting some gel onto his stomach and swirling the ultrasound stick around a bit.

"I've been bleeding still, I know Dr Miyu said that was normal, but it's been worrying me a bit. And then I've just been having body aches" Shoyo said, shrugging a little.

The nurse nodded, "alright, once I finish with this I'll get that checked out" she said.

She went silent for a few minutes, just looking at the screen for a while, then down at the charts that were in front of her.

She took a couple of paper towels and wiped off the gel from his stomach, "I'll be right back" she said, and walked out of the room.

Shoyo sat up a bit and stared at the door, a bit confused as to why she just rushed out of the room like that.

She came back about a half hour later, with Dr Miyu right behind her.

"Is there something wrong?" Shoyo asked, looking up at the two.

Miyu just Took a seat next to him and got the ultrasound ready, "she just needs me to take a look at something" they smiled and began the ultrasound.

Shoyo nodded and laid back as Miyu asked him to. He glanced over at the nurse who was giving nervous glances down at the screen and Miyu, who was now concentrated on whatever they were looking at.

After a few more minutes, Miyu shut off the machine and turned to him.

"What's wrong-" Shoyo said, looked over at them.

"I'm so sorry, but one of the pups heart has stopped beating." Miyu said, standing up and putting a hand on his shoulder.

Shoyo looked up and stared at them, "what-"he sat up and looked between the nurse and Miyu. "Oh god" he put a hand over his mouth and teared up.

"It's my fault, I knew something was wrong-"

"No, this isn't your fault. There is no way to stop something like this from happening" Miyu stopped him and looked down at him.

Shoyo just started crying and leaned foward, Miyu wrapped their arms around him and gave him a hug. Trying their best to comfort him.

"Would you like me to call your husband?" The nurse asked as she stepped forward, but Shoyo didn't say anything. Instead, Miyu just nodded and motioned for her to go call him.

Tobio and his team were in the middle of a game when they had called, so no one heard it or picked up.

When it was time for their break, that's when he saw the missed call.
