Shoyo yawned, sitting up from their bed.

He looked around, and didn't see Tobio. He glanced over at his phone, and checked the time. Seeing it was already around nine o'clock, he figured he was up with the kids.

He got himself cleaned up, then went downstairs.
______

He went into the kitchen, and raised a brow when he couldn't find anyone.

He went over to the back door, a soft smile came upon his face when he looked out, and saw Tobio playing with the kids down by the shore.

He was carrying Kaito, with Kazuyo right next to him as they chased the twins around.

He stepped outside, and took a deep breath. He'd never felt so relaxed before.

Tobio caught up to Harumi, and swooped her up, sending her into a fit of giggles.

Kazuyo looked over and breamed, "mama!" He said, running up to Shoyo who picked him up, and kissed his head.

Tobio smiled, looking over at him. He set Harumi and Kaito down, letting the kids all go to Shoyo.

"Mama, look what I found!" Hanako said, hurrying over to the sand for a moment, picking something up then bringing it back over to him.

She smiled and held up a shell, that was perfectly in tact, and seemingly shined in the sun.

"Wow, this is beautiful honey!" Shoyo said, smiling as he took a look at the pretty shell.

"It reminded me of you, because it's so pretty!" Hanako said, a bright smile on her face.

Shoyo teared up at the comment, bending down and kissing her head. "Thank you honey"

The family ate breakfast shortly after.

They all hung out at the house for a little bit, the kids were having so much being able to just go out into the backyard and go play on the sand.

They built sand castles, collected sea shells and rocks. They had the most fun just hanging out with each other, and messing around.

Later on, they all got cleaned up, and then went into the living room to watch a movie.

They spent the next week doing pretty much the same things. They loved just being able to wake up, walk down to the beach and play. As well as going into the local town, which was decorated so beautifully.

The whole trip felt so relaxing, and freeing in a way. When it was time to go home, everyone truly didn't wanna go.

The kids were excited to see the pets, and family again so that kept them happy, but they were all upset about having to leave.

Tobio and Shoyo decided to make a couple stops on the way back home, they had left quite early, so they figured why not have a day where they just visit a couple places.

"Mama, daddy, can we go in there!" Kaito asked, pointing over to a small toy shop.

Shoyo looked up at Tobio who chuckled and nodded, picking Kazuyo up, the little boy still loved to be carried around wherever they went.

They went inside the shop, and the twins immediately went over to the gaming section.

Kazuyo stayed with Tobio, who brought him and Kaito over to the toy section.

Shoyo stayed with the twins, who were looking at all the different Nintendo games, and different consoles.

"This one is so cool!" Hanako said, picking up and holding out a game to Shoyo, who smiled. "Do you want it?" He asked. Hanako giggled and nodded her head.

"Alright, let's go ask daddy. Harumi, do you see anything?" Shoyo smiled.

"I want this" Harumi said, holding a small stuffed animal close to her chest.

"Let's go find daddy" Shoyo smiled, putting his hands on each of their backs and leading them over to Tobio, who had finished up helping the boys pick something out.

They checked out, and left the store. They walked around for a little bit, the kids had fun getting a look at the different shops and greenery all around them.

The family then got back on the road and headed home.

Shoyo yawned, stepping out of the truck and stretching.

They just got back home, and they were all tired to say the least.

Shoyo helped the twins out, then carried Kaito inside, while Tobio got Kazuyo.

They went inside, and were immediately welcomed by Milo and Taeyo coming right up to the door.

Shoyo smiled, kneeling down and petting the two. Taeyo licked him right across the face and wagging his tail. Milo purred, and rubbed up against Shoyo's legs. "Did Miwa take good care of you guys" he said, receiving a purr from Milo, and a bark from Taeyo.

Shoyo smiled and stroked his back, then stood. He and Tobio unpacked the car, while the twins went into the living room with the boys.

By the time the family finished getting cleaned up, and settled back down, it was already around six o'clock.

Shoyo and Tobio made a quick dinner for all of them, they just ate in the living room since the kids were all pretty tired out, and just wanted to be comfy.

When they finished, they cleaned up, watched a movie, and then got ready for bed.

The couple got the kids into bed, and then got settled down themselves.

They laid in bed for a little bit, Shoyo rolled onto his side, and stared down at Tobio, who had his eyes closed.

He stayed silent, Tobio opened his eyes after a minute of him just laying there.

"I can hear you staring at me" he said, looking at Shoyo who snorted and rolled onto his back.

"Are you okay?" Tobio asked, turning to his side, using his elbow as support to stay up.

"Yea" Shoyo said, pulling the blanket over him a bit more, then just turning and digging his head onto Tobio's chest.

"I love you so much, you know that?" He said, wrapping his arms around him and taking in his warm, and comforting scent.

Tobio looked down at him, and kissed his head, smiling to himself. "Of course I know that. I love you so much too baby, so, so much" he said, laying his head down on the pillow and bringing Shoyo closer.

They fell asleep wrapped in each others arms, safe , and comfortable.
