Part 132~ Anniversary

  A couple months have passed, and Kaito is now five months old.

He's been doing better, luckily gaining weight at a good pace, although he is still behind, they have hopes he'll catch up.

Work has been going good for Tobio. They just recently had another game, and won. He's become good friends with everyone, and still keeps in contact with his old team.

It was their five year wedding anniversary a few weeks ago, but they got so caught up with Kaito, and some other things, that they were only able to have a day out.

Tobio though, wanted to do something bigger. So he, with the help of Miwa, planned something they knew Shoyo would love.

Tobio got up and left the house early this morning, to run to the store.

He grabbed Shoyo a bouquet of flowers, along with ingredients to make his favorite breakfast.

He grabbed a little card as well, to write him a little note with. Then he went home and prepared him breakfast in bed.

The twins woke up, and helped him. They just mixed up the pancake batter, and added the chocolate chips.

Tobio cut up some fruit, and put it in a small bowl. The twins helped put the pancakes on a plate, and Tobio out some whipped cream on top.

"Mama needs a drink too!" Harumi said, carefully trying to get down off the counter, Tobio just picked her up and put her on the ground.

She hurried over to the fridge and went on her tippie toes, just reaching the door of the fridge and grabbing the juice.

She brought it over to Tobio, who chuckled and took it, thanking her as he poured it into a small glass.

Hanako carried up the flowers, and Harumi grabbed the card while Tobio brought up the tray of food.

When they went upstairs, they saw Kazuyo out of his room, and making his way over to them. Wearing one of Shoyo's shirts, which came all the way down to his feet.

"Hey bud, we're gonna wake up mama" Tobio said, giving a warm smile to the still sleepy pup.

"I'll help!" Kazuyo perked up, and hurried over to their door which was cracked open. He gently pushed it open and walked up to their bed, the twins and Tobio following after.

He pulled himself onto the bed, and sat right next to Shoyo who was still asleep.

"Mama" he tapped Shoyo's shoulder and quietly waited for a moment, watching as he turned over and wrapped his arms around him.

Tobio chuckled and set the gray down, helping Kazuyo escape from Shoyo's hug. "Guess that didn't work so well, huh" he picked Kazu up and placed him next to Shoyo.

Tobio sat beside him, brushing his hair back, and kissed his head, watching as his eyes fluttered open.

"Morning baby" Tobio smiled, looking down at him.

Shoyo stared up at him, and smiled. "Morning" he said, yawning and sitting up.

The kids looked at him, and giggled as they ran out of the room.

Shoyo chuckled and raised a brow, "they're energetic today, huh?" He said and looked at Tobio who smiled.

"Here" he reached over and handed Shoyo the bouquet of flowers, tucking the card in the middle.

Shoyo smiled and looked down at them, "Thank you baby, they're beautiful" he looked up at him and gave him a kiss, then spotted the card.

"What's this for?" He asked, picking it up and looking at Tobio.

"Just open it" Tobio chuckled and watched as Shoyo gave him a questioning look, but still opened it.

There was a moment of silence as Shoyo read it, his eyes grew wide and he gasped looking up at Tobio, "your joking-"

Tobio shook his head, smiling as Shoyo sat up some more and put a hand over his mouth, "Tobio- oh my god" he practically threw himself onto Tobio, who wrapped his arms around him and kissed his head with a smile.

"Why did you do this?" Shoyo sat up a little and kissed his head, looking at him with a bright smile.

"You deserve a break, your working so hard with the kids. So, I booked us a week long trip to Paris. I know you've been wanting to go there for so long" Tobio chuckled and brought him in for a hug.

"We have a flight booked for tomorrow, so I wanted to make today special for you and the kids"

Shoyo smiled, just sitting there and hugging Tobio tight. "I love you so much"

"I love you too honey" Tobio smiled, bringing him in for a kiss, Shoyo giggling as he pushed him down on the bed and attacking him with kisses.

School has been exhausting and I've had a lot going on, so I figured I'd get something out and work on a longer chapter for the next one!
