Part 5~ first doctors appointment

Before I start I want y'all to know that I know in the omegaverse pregnancy's are usually only 6 months but I'm gonna keep it 9 months, I just think it fits better. Hope y'all enjoy!~

Two days later~
Hinata's POV~

Today is the day of my first doctors appointment! It's gonna be a standard checkup and then we're gonna get an ultrasound.

Me and Tobio snuggled in bed this morning before getting up and eating breakfast. Unfortunately I had morning sickness so I didn't eat much, guess I'm gonna just have to get used to it for now.

So we got dressed and headed towards the clinic, Mrs. Kageyama happily drove us. Once we got there we walked in, mrs Kageyama stayed in the car and waited tho.

Tobio checked us in and we sat down in the waiting room, I was quite nervous but Kageyama released his calming pheromones so I luckily calmed down.

About fifteen minutes later a doctor around 6 foot or so, with strawberry blonde hair and brown eyes came out. "Hello! Hinata Shoyo and Kageyama Tobio?" They asked, we stood up and nodded "Yep right here" I said and gave a friendly smile.
(The doctor is Non- Binary BTW)

"Hi there! I'm dr Miyu, why don't you follow me" they said. We nodded and then proceeded to follow them to an examination room, it wasn't small but it wasn't huge. It was a nice size, it had an examination table with some monitors and picture frames showing different pictures and such.
(You know when your at a doctors office and they have pictures/ diagrams or whatever lol)

They had me sit up on the examination table and they took my blood pressure and did other standard tests. When they finally finished it was time to do the ultrasound.

"Okay, lay down for me and lift up your shirt" Dr Miyu asked. I nodded and layed down lifting up my shirt just past my stomach to where it still covered my top half. "Okay, I'm gonna put this gel on your stomach. It's gonna be cold for a second and once I start moving this wand around it may feel uncomfortable but it shouldn't hurt." They said with a warm smile.

I nod as Kageyama came beside me and held my hand, we both looked at each other and smiled before turning to the monitor.

Dr Miyu squeezed some gel on my stomach and rubbed it around with the wand, "alright.... your little pup seems to be at the right size for about a 3 weeks and everything seems to be perfectly fine in there, I don't see any signs of placental issues or anything else wrong" Dr Miyu said with a smile.
(I don't know if that's the right timing but we're just gonna say he's 3 weeks along)

I feel relieved as I heard those words, "that's great!" I say happily looking at Kageyama. He smiles and kisses my forehead "it is baby, it's great" he says. I smiled.

After a few more minutes Dr Miyu had me clean up and they left the room, I wiped the gel off my stomach and pulled my shirt down looking over at Kageyama who was staring at the sonogram photo in his hand, he was smiling.

That made me smile to myself, he turned around and hugged me, "I love you baby, I love you and this little one" he said placing a hand on my slightly swollen tummy.

I started tearing up and gave a small peck on his lips, "I love you too Tobio, and our little star" I say with a wide smile, we stayed next to each other for a few minutes waiting for Dr Miyu to come back in.

They walked in and smiled "alrighty, so everything is okay. You're blood pressure is good and everything else seems fine. I'm giving you some vitamins to support the pregnancy along with a list of safe and not so safe-foods to eat, with that list is just some basic things to know about your pregnancy and how your mate can help you" they said. Both me and Kageyama nod this time as they handed me a big bottle of vitamins and some paperwork.

We said our thank you''s and goodbyes and walked out to the parking lot where Mrs. Kageyama was parked, Kageyama opened the back door and helped me in follieing me in after. She asked how it went and we said good and showed her the sonogram photo. "I'm so proud of you guys!" She said turning around and tearing up, we all smiled happily.

We know this will be a hard process but as long as I have Kageyama and my friends I know it will be okay.
