Today was a great day. I didn't have classes today since it was the weekend at last, it couldn't have come sooner in my opinion. After this weeks events my friends and I agreed that a trip into the local human town was warranted. Bryan offered to drive since he was actually the only one who had his car at the academy. My parents wouldn't let me have mine considering they thought I might use it to run away from the academy, like I know I didn't want to be here but seriously?

The world outside of packs meant rogues, and no matter how much I didn't want to be at the academy I did not want to enter a life of running and killing, which being a lone wolf without a pack would mean. Lone wolves are those that decide the pack life isn't for them choosing to live separately and make their own way in life essentially. A rogue is a mentally unstable wolf, who was banished from a pack usually because of treason or murder, they are viscous killers, more animal than werewolf.

Getting showered and dressed I chose to wear a long maroon jumper dress, which brought out my eyes, my heeled black boots and a thin leather jacket over top. Leaving my hair down I packed my phone, purse, and other essentials into my small rucksack, slinging it on and leaving my room.

I met Hannah downstairs in the common room who was dressed casually too in high waist black jeans, a white lace crop top with thin spaghetti straps, brown boots, and a brown leather jacket. She had a little makeup on consisting of mascara and pale lipgloss, she looked stunning as always. Voicing my thoughts I told her "Wow girl. Looking good" I added an extra wink at the end for emphasis.

Hannah just shook her head at me like I was an idiot, leading the way to the front of the school where we would be meeting the boys at Bryans car. Reaching the car Bryan and Vince were already there, quietly chatting away about something, but stopped and straightened up as we approached.

Both looked handsome dressed in their casual clothes, Bryan had a Red polo shirt and blue jeans complete with trainers, his hair gelled up into that classic hair do boys always have. Vince wore a white t-shirt, with an unbuttoned blue and yellow plaid over-shirt, light blue jeans and white trainers too, although his hair had that bed head sort of look, probably because he'd been running his fingers through it all morning, it was an anxious habit of his.

"Well, nice of you two to join us. Can we finally get going now? Im desperate for some good food, this restaurant in town better be good" This comment obviously came from Bryan, ever the inconsiderate one in the group, but we all loved him anyway. Climbing into the car I took the passenger seat, with Vince sat behind me, Bryan in the drivers seat and Hannah sat behind him next to Vince. And with that we set off to the human town, we had to sign out at the gate to let the school know we weren't on the academy grounds incase anything happened. It took about 30 minutes to reach the human town, and the ride was filled with questions about me and my wolf, now that we were all alone Hannah couldn't resist any longer.

"So Cerise, Do you know why your'e such a strong alpha considering you're a daughter and a second child?" Hannah asked. She didn't mean to sound rude or condescending, commonly second children aren't as dominant as the first born who takes the title, now when it comes to female seconds, they're are even less dominant than a second born son because its more the females nature to nurture and care than to lead. Although, this isn't always the case, with some first born daughters becoming great female alphas.

Taking a minute to think about the questions I finally replied with "To be honest with you Hannah I have no idea" I turned to look at them when I spoke the next part "I've always been different from the other wolves in my pack, always stronger, faster and had better senses, some have even said that they are better than my brothers, who will be alpha, although I'm not too sure on how true that is now. But I really don't know why I am so strong in answer, Bryan and I have pondered this many times but never come up with any answers" Bryan hummed his agreement to my statement.
