CHAPTER 51

Taehyung's POV

Have you ever lost someone you valued so much?

Have you ever had a traumatic experience that only intensifies feelings of anger?

Have you ever despised someone in your life?

Have you ever done something just to get revenge?

Everyone has a secret of one sort or another. For some, they keep it a secret because it is an addictive behavior. For others, it is an abusive experience that causes shame to oneself. For still others, it is the feeling of being rejected, the lust for power, an uncontrollable temper, emotional infidelity, a vicious prejudice, a program of terror, insatiable jealousy of others, repeated acts of self-indulgence, or something else.

But for me, it is pain. It is a traumatic experience that was like I was in a very deep pit and I couldn't get out. And then it leads me to feel and embrace resentment, repugnance, and hatred.

"If you're just joking and pulled out a prank on me, you better stop now. This is not funny, Kim Taehyung." Jennie seriously said to the man in front of him.

Taehyung brush up his hair with his bare hand and a soft laugh escaped from his mouth. He said, "Alright, this is too boring now. I should stop pretending already."

Jennie witnessed how Taehyung changed in an instant. Her body went rigid, and confusion crossed her features. The man turn into a person she never met before.

He was surrounded by an aura of unmitigated gloom, his eyes became sharp, and even his smile was ridiculous to look at. Taehyung is completely a different person now.

"V....What are you talking-." Jennie was being interrupted when she heard loud voices and footsteps getting closer to where they are.

"Where are we?!"

"Let me go! I can walk on my own!".

A familiar voice echoed in the area.

"Shut your mouth! We're here". A voice came from the unknown man.

The door opened and three armed men appeared together with Lisa who was being blindfolded and handcuffed. A man pushed Lisa which made the woman lose her balance and fall to the ground.

"Oww..Look who's here?" Taehyung quickly gazed at Jennie and then look back again at Lisa.

"We have a special guest..or should I say, Hi, Lisa. It's nice to see you again", Taehyung greeted. His brows lifted and his chuckle was deep and warm.

While, on the other hand, Jennie was shocked when Taehyung mentioned that name. It was unexpected for her that Taehyung will reach this point where he will do such a thing like this. She slowly turn around to confirm if it was Lisa. As soon as her eyes laid on them, she was speechless and froze for a second.

"You're fcking asshole!", Lisa shouted.

Taehyung walked quietly to Lisa. He sat slightly at the same level as the woman. Then he brought his face close to the woman's ear and whispered, "Chill. Your wife is here".

Lisa was shocked because Taehyung knew what is her relationship with Jennie.

"Ho~How did you-."

"Shhhh...I'm not stupid. I know everything. I've been watching you guys all the time. That's why you better behave, Lisa." The man grin at her while he slowly removed the blindfold on Lisa.
