CHAPTER 10

7:00 AM

Lisa POV

I woke up this morning literally with a smile on my face. I kept my feet on the floor and as soon as I did, I thank God for giving me the opportunity to see a new sunrise and for blessing me the most priceless thing—my life and every little breath that keeps me alive.

I picked up my phone and choose a song on my playlist to start my day with a wonderful morning. Say, "Lalisa, love me, Lalisa, love me" (hey!). I dance energetically to every beat of the music as I looked out the window to see the beautiful sunrise. Then, I remember about last night when Mrs. Kim finally gave her consent regards to my proposal to Jennie. I let out a bright smile and dance more and more as I felt the joy inside in me.

"I like the view."

"What view?" I asked.

"W~wait a second..D~Did I hear Jennie's voice? Am I hallucinating again?" I whispered to myself and turned off the music.

"Why did you stop?" I heard again the familiar voice and that's when I realized I am no longer alone in my apartment.

"Yah! Close your eyes!" I shouted while still not bother to looked at Jennie behind my back and immediately took the blanket and covers it to my body. I remember I only wear boxer and sports bra.

"It's too late. I saw it already." I heard her chuckled. I turned my body to face her. I saw Jennie, her back resting on the door while her smile broadened, including her dimple.

"H~How did you get here? You should have told me you were coming here."

"Your security door lock is easy to guess." Jennie walked towards me and before she could reach me, I quickly approached Jennie to let her out of my room. And because of my clumsiness, I accidentally stepped on the edge of the blanket that cause me to stumble and fall. I closed my eyes as if my body ready to hit the ground. But I felt a soft surface on my face. I slowly opened my eyes and caught myself on top of her. "I got you", she groaned. I was shocked that I'm facing her chest right now. Automatically, I felt my face redden and my body heats up because of embarrassment. I was about to get up when Jennie held my face to make me stop.

She was staring at me with those warm eyes again. The way she looked at me gives me shiver and makes my body become weak in an instance. I gulped when my gaze went down to her lips. My body got even hotter and I bet she can feel it based on her reaction. She was smiling mischievously at me. "What's wrong?", she asked. "No~Nothing! Good morning, Love", I just said to lighten up the mood. "I'm sorry. Did you get hurt?". She shaken her head as if she's totally fine.

"Lisayah" She called me.

"What?" I asked.

She released her grip on my face but her finger slowly tracing my cheek down to my lips. "Hey, I told you to stop teasing me. I may not be able to hold back this time anymore." I warned her.

"Then, don't hold back", she whispered.

My heart skipped a beat after hearing those words. This feeling is really new to me. "Are you sure about this?" I asked her and she nodded while smiling softly at me.

Without hesitation, I kissed Jennie on her lips. Every move of our lips went so gentle and soft. I don't know where will this go but there's one thing I know, I feel home.

Without letting go of her lips, I carry her in my arms — one arm under her legs and the other supporting her back. As I stare at her while were kissing, I can see her face glistening through the light that comes from the sun. Yes. This is the first time I'll be doing this thing. For almost 3years that we're apart, many girls were kept on bugging me and trying to seduced me. But none of them get my attention. Simply, because I'm not interested in them. And someone already owns me.
