CHAPTER 45

Jennie's POV

I was sound asleep and then suddenly I woke up to the loud sound of the ocean waves. The first thing I noticed I was wearing a white blouse dress. "Where am I? What am I doing here?", I asked myself as I wander my gaze around. This place is so quiet. "Why do I feel like I'm the only person here? Where is everybody?". I couldn't help the sense of unease sliding through me. So I immediately got up from the bed and then slowly walked until my feet reached the outside of this house.

The worry and fear I had felt lately disappeared when I witnessed the beauty of the sea. It was more delightful because of the bright sunrise. This view makes me relieved and calm. While I'm in the middle of admiring the view, I was interrupted and went back to a trance when I heard someone calling my name. It was a woman's voice.

"Jennie Ruby Jane..."

"W~wait! Who is she? Is she the woman I always dreamed of?", I whispered as I stared intently at the unknown person. I tried to recognize the face but the sun was too bright that is why I couldn't see her from here.

"Love!"

"Love! Come here!"

Here is she again. Waving her hand and keep calling me. However this time, it was no longer by my name. "L~Love? Why is she calling me like that?!" The confusion was written all over my face. Maybe she was just mistaken. So I looked around to see if there was someone else here and to my surprise, there was no one but just the two of us. I was curious so I'm going to approach her and ask her about some matters.

Little by little, I walked towards her and I can't believe what I see. That woman is Lisa. She was looking at me while smiling along with her eyes. I was too stunned to speak to see her right here in front of my eyes.

"W~what are you doing here?!-

I was startled by the sound of my phone so I get up immediately to see who is calling. When I looked at my phone, it was Doctor Shin Min-a.

"Good morning, Doctor. What is it? Why did you call me so early?"

"Good morning too, Jennie. I need you to come here to my clinic. I have something to tell you", she said seriously over the phone.

"Good thing you called me. I also want to talk to you. I'll be there after a couple of hours. Just give me time to prepare. Bye." Our conversation ended. After that call, I got ready to take a bath.

I put myself in the bathtub to relax after that dream. I was supposed to be enjoying this hot bath but it did not happen. For the reason that my dream last night keeps bothering me. The woman I'm always dreaming about appeared again in my dream. I thought it would never happen again because when I came here to Seoul, I stopped dreaming of her all of a sudden. I do not know but it just happened. Back to the dream itself. The one that bothered me the most is why Lisa appeared in my dream unexpectedly. Maybe because she has always been on my mind recently. These past few days, a lot of things running through my mind and yes, she is included in it because of what happened to us. Along with Taehyung, because we all know they were against each other, that mysterious woman in my dream who is still unknown to me, the man in black, I'm not sure but I have a hunch that he's not just an imagination for me, and the letter I received last night which came from an unidentified person. This is so bullshit! Why do they all come together at once? It's giving me so much headache. I realized I have been soaked in water for an hour. I dragged myself into the water and then went up when I had run out of air. "I need to hurry. I will still go to the office after I talk to my doctor."
