Lisa's POV

When I came out of the door, there were a lot of people around. "Where are you Jennie?!", I exclaimed as I looked everywhere hoping to see her right away. I knew she hadn't gone far yet so I didn't stop running until I found her. A few minutes later and my feet gradually slowed in motion when I saw her through the hallway. Walking slowly while one hand was gently leaning against the wall as support for her walk. "Jennie?". I kept on walking and I immediately hastened before she could get inside the elevator.

"Jennie! Wait!", I utter a loud call but she did not turn to me which is why I walked even faster until I reached her.

"Are you okay?", I worriedly asked.

"Please talk to me..." I said softly and all I could hear is her sobbing. I tried to help her walk but she just threw away my hand.

"Jennie..."

"Let go of me...", she said in a hushed tone.

I persevered and came even closer to her. She still avoids me and does not let me get close to her. "Stay away from me and don't come near me!", she said emphatically. I still didn't listen to her. Then, I noticed she was already weak to move and at any moment she would collapse to her knees. So I approached her and immediately hugged her from behind.

"Let me go!"

"Stay away from me!", Jennie blurted out as she was trying to get out of my embrace. She keeps on struggling and I don't care if I get a wound or a scratch because of it. What I did was I hugged her even tighter. Put my chin on her shoulder and then I pressed my face to her neck.

"Jennie....Please, Let's talk!". My voice trembled as I pleaded with her. She was so stubborn. She was still trying to get away from me. I worried that she might get hurt so I slowly took back my arms and let go of her. What happened next was unexpected. She turned to me and I was caught off guard when Jennie slapped me in the face. I gasped at what she did. I can't deny her slap was too hard that I could still feel the stinging sensation in my cheek. It's a good thing we're the only people here in the hallway and no one is yet passing through this way to witness what is happening here. If that happens someone will interrupt us and I would not be able to talk to her.

When I look at her, Jennie was full of tears. She was crying so hard. She looks devastated. Her eyes were swollen and I could see that she was hurting at this moment. I was startled when she suddenly raised her voice at me after that slap.

"Now tell me right in my face who you really are!" *sobbing*

"Jennie...Please...." I tried to let her calm.

"Just fcking tell me who you really are!"

"Will you please calm down?" I let out a deep sigh and then speak to her again. "About what Jisoo Unnie said earlier? It's true. I am indeed your wife and we're married. If you want, I'll call my lawyer and show you our marriage certificate, everything you want to know...you want to see...all that can be proof that we are married to each other."

"Nooo.....there's no way that I have a wife....that you're my wife."

"But it's true, Jennie. This is the truth!"

"Then why?!! Why you didn't tell me?! You even conspired with them to hide the truth about you...about us!". Her voice echoed while her face wears a cold and blank expression.

"I~I'm sorry, Jennie. Please, forgive me. It is my fault. I just forced them to do that. So if you want to get mad, just be mad at me. Hate me! But don't involve them in this. I am the only one to blame for everything." I explained to her.
