Jennie's POV

Nini!
Nini!
Come here.....
I woke up in a lucid dream. A dream in which she appeared again. It's different compared to those previous dreams that she was just silently staring at me with her eyes full of sorrow and pain. This time, she was callin' me with a strange name. I felt I was in a magical place when I heard her voice.
The sound of her voice, it feels like what my ears crave the most. In this dream, she held out her hands to me as if she wanted me to reach for it.
I took a deep breath as I thought of that woman in my dream. Until now, I can't recognized her face. It was still blurry like I always dreamed about her. But this time, I clearly remembered only the brilliant smile written on her face.
What does it mean when you dream about someone? This is one of the question that always comes to my mind. I always dreamed of someone, a woman, that I didn't know if I have already met her in the real life. Maybe she has been a part of my past or perhaps, that woman was just only a creation of my dream.
Flashback...(A week after Jennie woke up in a coma for a month.)
"So you keep on dreaming about someone you hardly know?", Doctor Shin Min-a asked me a question.
"Yes." I answered plainly.
"Dreaming about people that we barely know can be very confusing and surprising, right?", she asked and smiled softly at me. "It's not uncommon to dream about people from our past whom we have forgotten about, or whom we never had a strong relationship with. When you dream about someone you hardly know, it is a sign of a connection that you feel with them, even if you might not know why."
"W~wait...What?! So are you saying that woman in my dream can be possibly I know in real life?", I asked her with a great confusion in my face.
"Yes. It could mean that you like the person and this person has a place in your life in some way. It could also indicate that this person represents something to you that you are not fully aware of," the doctor explained while looking on my hospital records.
"If there are people in your life who constantly show up in your dreams, then it could be because they play an important role in your life that you haven't yet fully acknowledged. Miss Kim, I suggested you to make time for yourself to think about this person that you've always dreaming of and what she might represent to you- why do you think she's showing up in your dreams all of a sudden?"
End of flashback......
And that's the reason why I am here. Why I came back here. It's because I wanted to see those people I know and who are part of my life.
It was a very long time before I had the courage and persuaded myself to face this reality. I've been in a coma for almost a month and then I woke up with no one beside me. I feel like I'm alone. It feels like I'm going back from the beginning and I don't know how should I start with.
For almost two years, there's only one person hasn't left me since then and that is Taehyung. He's the reason why I am still alive. He saved me that day and I owe my life to him. He took care of me until I could handle everything on my own.
--------
I get up in bed and take a quick shower. After an hour, I've finished taking a bath. I go to the bed and sit for awhile. I shook my head as I remembered I don't have any clothes with me when I came here. I checked immediately the closet if I have something that I can wear and I'm thankful that my old clothes were still inside. As I fixed myself and get ready for this day, I felt hungry all of a sudden. I hadn't eaten since last night. I walked towards the kitchen and find something that I could eat in here. Unfortunately, I see nothing. So I decided to go out and buy something for my breakfast.
