Stephanie's P.O.V.
Miles sits and looks at me once I finish telling him everything since the day I met Harry. I might've talked for thirty minutes, an hour, maybe more. It feels good to tell someone. He's the only one who knows evesrything, well besides Ally, Harry, and I.
Miles silence is starting to worry me. He keeps staring at me. I finally turn away and look at the coffee cup on the wall again.
"Well?" I finally sigh.
"Does he hit you?" He asks, his eyes hard.
"NO god no. Harry would never." I'm shocked.
Miles sighs and rubs the back of his neck. "Ok."
"All you have to say is OKAY?" I ask.
"No Stephanie. This is just alot to take in." He says and shakes his head. "I'm not sure where to start."
"What do I do when I go home?" I ask.
"What are you so worried about?" Miles asks.
"What if they make me want to stay?" I ask.
"Why did you leave in the first place?" He answers my question with a question AGAIN.
"BECAUSE!" I yelp. A few people turn to look at me. "I wasn't going anywhere there. I needed change... and oppurtunities."
"Then nothing they'll do should make you want to come back if you want to make something of yourself that badly." Miles finally gives me some form of advice.
"They're my family practically and I love them but that's not even what I'm looking for advice about." I sigh. "What should I do about Harry?"
"I'm not sure I'm the best friend to give you relationship advice." His eyes sparkle as he lifts his coffee cup to his lips.
"Yeah but you're all I've got right now." I sigh.
"What about Ally?" Miles asks. "I'm not even in a relationship so I'm not to sure how valuable my advice will be..."
"Ally is in the hospital so I don't want to worry her, and her opinion is definitely biased. She misses me being there with her and Niall and Harry. Probably because Harry is being expecially hateful to them..." I trail off, imagining some of his jokes.
"So what do you need to know?" Miles asks.
"Did I do something wrong for waiting to tell them?" I ask.
Miles leans forward and rests his elbows on the table. "Were you going to tell them?" He looks directly into my eyes.
"Of co....no I wasn't." I sigh, my voice cracking. "It would've been to hard to say goodbye and I know I wouldn't have been able to do it. I would have just not told them and not gone at all because it would have hurt to much and I really wanted this but now I'm not sure anymore."
"No it wasn't wrong of you not to want to tell them." Miles says. "But you should've told them. Think how much it must've hurt them to know that you were just going to up and leave them."
"I know I was wrong but with Harry I'm always wrong and I don't want to be wrong anymore but I know I was wrong, I was just so convinced that I was going to tell them even though I knew I waasn't and..." Miles stops me.
"It's okay to be wrong. We're humans we make mistakes and it sucks to have to apologize but sometimes you just have to do what you just have to do." Miles says.
