Stephanie's P.O.V.

We spend the rest of the day at Harry and Nialls place watching TV. Ally and I catch up on our homework. I also get her to fill out a college application because she says she's not going to college.

I stand up from the couch with a yawn and stretch my legs, "Harry, you want to go on a walk with me?"

"Yeah." He says and stands up. "I'll get us some shoes."

He goes into his bedroom and returns moments later with his work boots on, his black jeans tucked into them. In his hands are a pair of slides.

"They're the closest thing to your foot size." Harry explains and drops them by my feet.

I step into them and follow him to the hallway.

"Where do you want to walk to?" He asks.

"The 7 eleven." I tell him as we make our way down the stairs.

We walk in silence for a bit until we are out on the sidewalk.

"I think we need to talk." I say.

Harry looks worried but says, "Okay."

"Okay, so this morning we both said some things and I don't know about you but I meant it." I say.

He stops and turns to face me, taking both my hands in his. "Stephanie, I meant every last thing I said. I promise you." He says looking into my eyes.

This makes me smile. "Okay." I turn so he's only holding one of my hands as we continue walking.

"Good." He says. "I love you."

"I love you too." I say, smiling up at him.

This must be the honeymoon phase of the I love you. That means that we are just so happy that we are totally oblivious to everything including each other. I hope this never wears off. But even if this does wear off, Harry would never hurt me. Right?

Harry and I get blue slurpees and hot dogs from the seven eleven and we eat them sitting on swings at the nearby park.

"I feel like I'm thirteen again. This was where I had my first kiss." I say and gesture to my swing.

I toss my empty paper and drink container into the nearby trash receptical.

"Basketball player huh?" Harry asks.

"No!" I laugh. "Although I've always been sort of good at just making baskets from wherever."

"Prove it." He says.

"Is our relationship built on lies because we have to prove everything to each other?" I ask and we both burst out laughing.

He grabs my hand and yanks me from my swing. I follow him to the basketball court nearby and he pulls a basketball out of the bin. He throws it to me and leads me to the free throw line.

"I can't believe you doubt me enough to make me shoot a free throw!" I say as I throw the ball to the net. It makes a swish sound. "Nothin but net!"

"Beginners luck." He throws me the ball again.

I sink five more before I say "Can I do something a bit more complicated now please?"

"3 pointer." Harry says.

This continues on and on until finally we play one on one and I win. We trudge back to the house, hot and sweaty because Harry is good but not as good as me. When we get into the apartment, Niall is asleep and Ally is sitting at the kitchen table eating.
