The Bad Boy

Chatper 144

Harry's P.O.V.

Gemma rides on my back all the way back to our hotel. She kept her promise and didn't drink anything but water all night. On the other hand, I had a few beers, making it slightly difficult to walk on the way back. I struggle to unlock the door with Gemma still on my back but once I do I walk into the bedroom and drop her on the bed.

"HEY! I'm pregnant remember!" Gemma laughs.

"Right, I forgot." I roll my eyes, pulling out a pair of black joggers and a black t-shirt. "I'm going to shower, do you need anything before I do that, your pregnant high-ass."

"It's pronounced highness, and no." Gemma says, trying not to laugh at my attempt at a joke. i shake my head at her and head into the bathroom.

When I walk out of the bedroom, I find Gemma curled up under the covers, in her pajams, with the lights out. I make my way out of ther oom, trying not to wake her.

"Harry?" Gemma asks.

"Yeah?" I reply, pausing at the door.

"Will you lay with me?" From her voice I can tell she's half asleep.

I sigh and she adds, "Please?"

I huff but walk over to the bed, throwing back the covers and crawling under before pulling them back across me. It's quiet and still for a while until Gemma rolls over to face me. I turn on my side to face her too.

"Harry?" She says.

"Yeah." I respond.

"Everythings changing isn't it?" She asks.

"Yeah." I answer.

"For good or bad?" She asks.

"I don't know." I answer.

"Can we stop it?" She asks.

"I don't think so." And that's what scares me the most.

Okay I'm really sorry for not updating in forever! I'm just so overwhelmed with school and swim and dance. I'm trying to update more, I really am. It's just hard because one good, long chapter takes a really long time as opposed to lots of shorter, poorly written chapters. I promise to try to update more!
