Harry's P.O.V.

We quickly exit the hospital and then walk out to the car. We all get in and start the drive to the hospital.

"I'm so ready for the beach!" Ally says.

"I really hope my parents aren't going to kill me when we get back.." Steph says.

"Why would your parents kill you?" I raise my eyebrows,

"Well, I kinda lied to them and took their money..." Stephanie's voice trails off.

"I think I'm probably in the same boat with that," Ally responds.

"I really hope you guys can still go to the beach," Niall says.

"Oh we'll be able too. We're adults remember? Our parents can't stop us," Steph says.

"But they can cut my college fund," Ally mutters.

"No they won't," Steph assures her.

We drive the rest of the way in silence. When we get there, I park and we all get out. Ally and Niall stay on the passenger side of the car while Stephanie comes over to my side.

"Bye Harry. If anyone tempts you with any drugs, just remember me, okay? i already miss you" Steph says and runs her fingers through my hair. Damn, I love it when she does that.

"Okay Steph. I will." I say.

"I love you Harry. I'll be waiting for you tomorrow," She kisses me and starts walking towards the airport entrance after she pulls away.

"Bye Styles," Niall and Ally say, then follow her.

I wave to all of them goodbye and then get back in my car. I watch as they all disappear inside. Then, I start the car up and drive off, not knowing where to go. I already miss Stephanie. Man I wish I could get rid of this pain...

I decide I will go get something to eat. Driving into town, I decide to go to the pub where me and Liam used to always hang out. Memories of being drunk and high flood back when I open the door. I tell myself that it will never happen again, thinking of what Stephanie said. All I need is her. I don't need drugs or alcohol, just Steph.

I sit down at a booth and tell the waiter that I want a water to drink. I look over the menu and find what I always used to get.I would get the spicy wings, the best in the city and usually a few beers too.

"Hey Harry, what's up?" I look up to see none other than Liam sitting across from me.

"I'm surprised you aren't trying to punch me in the face right now, Payne," I say.

"I'm over it, and I hope you are too. We were both pretty messed up that morning, don't you agree?" He says.

"Well, you kinda called my girlfriend a skank ho bitch, so I had the right to be mad," I think, but decide against saying it. Instead, I say,"Yeah."

"This places brings back some good memories doesn't it?" Liam says.

"If you consider being high as hell and drunk as f*** good memories, then yes," I reply.

"Is something wrong with you Harry? I feel like you have changed," Liam says.

"I think I might have gained a little more common sense."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, I know that drugs are bad and so is too much alcohol.

"And who put that idea in your mind, you prostitute girlfriend?" He asks. "She doesn't own you, ya know?"

He's still mad. "For your information, she's a virgin. Don't you ever say anything about her again unless you want your face to be connected with my fist," I snap.

"Calm your tits Styles. Don't turn into a dick on me here," Liam says.

The waiter comes back and takes my order. Liam doesn't order anything, because he says he has to go.

"Maybe you'll come to the party later if it's not too inappropriate for you. Bye," He gets up and leaves.

I finish eating at the pub and then go back to the hospital. I traipse up to the front desk, where they tell me that my mom isn't doing so well and I can't see her right now.

I slam the clipboard down on the desk,"She can't be doing bad! She's supposed to leave tomorrow!" I yell.

"Harry, you need to calm down. You can wait here and the doctor will come and talk to you soon," The lady at the desk says.

I huff and go sit down at one of the chairs in the waiting room. It feels like hours have gone by when the doctor finally comes in.

"Hello Harry," Doctor Smith smiles at me.

"What's wrong with her?" I question.

"She coaught a bit of a cold, and we don't want to risk her catching anything else while her immune system is down. We can get it fixed, I promise you. She's going to be okay," Smith says.

I take a big gulp of breath. He better be right or I'm going to leave a bruise the shape of my fist on his face.

"When can I see her?" I ask, running a hand through my hair. I am so pissed.

"How about tonight. we want her to get on home so I'm assuming you're going to help her?" He asks.

"Yeah I guess. I have to leave in the morning but I'm sure her friend Robin can check in on her. She's our neighbor and she has like, no life." I snort. Robin is a short plump woman who wears Mumu's and carries around pictures of her grand children. She and Mum are friends. Who even knows why?

"Great. We are getting her some things to help strenghten her immune system so she should be good to go in a few hours. I would love to stay and chat but I have to dash. I'll see you later Harry." He says then turns on his heel and walks off.

"Great. Just f****** great." I mutter as I storm out of the hospital. I can't believe it.

What am I going to do to kill time? My answer coems when my phone starts to ring.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Hey Harry." It's Gem. "Have you been to the hospital yet?"

"Leaving right now." I say, climbing into my car.

"Okay. I'm over at mum's house cleaning some things up for when she comes home tonight. Come help me." She orders.

"Okay. Have you talked to Doctor Smith yet? Because he hasn't mentioned you." I ask.

"No I am trying to avoid him because I know he'll bring up something annoying from when we were kids." She sighs.

"Believe me I know." I chuckle. "I'll be there in a bit." I hang up as I pull out of the parking lot.

This is goig to be good. I haven't been in this house since I was a kid except for the other time when I was so drunk or hungover I don't even remember it. Oh boy.
