Lyrinn, what are you doing out alone at night, dear?
Lyrinn
I was waiting for you... Reyn was wondering what was taking you so long and wanted to check but I insisted on going instead.
[Aoilis' heart is warmed. He always thought of Lyrinn as a sunshine child.]
Aoilis
I see... I appreciate it. Come on let's get you back. I'll hold your umbrella.
[As the two walk to the refugee camp, Aoilis decides to have a conversation with Lyrinn. His curiousity about the girl's future seems to get the better of him.]
Aoilis
What do you want to be in the future?
Lyrinn
Me?
Aoilis
Yes.
Lyrinn
I wanted to be the next Dayliri leader...
Aoilis
I'm not surprised at all. I'm sure you'll be outstanding like your brother Akirianis.
Lyrinn
... I just wish he would be here to see me become the next leader.
Aoilis
I'm sure he's watching from orbit.
Lyrinn
... yeah.
Aoilis
I've been wondering... why didn't Akirianis choose to properly initiate you into the Dayliri Clan or reveal your blood clan? Was it your choice?
Lyrinn
I'm not sure... He said it had something to do with my biological brother's wishes before he went missing.
Aoilis
Did he ever mention anything about your biological brother?
Lyrinn
He never told me about what clan my brother belonged to... but he did say that he wanted to protect me from the worst before he had disappeared. He told me that my brother was the bravest and one of the strongest people he knew. I wanted to search for him when I felt ready but I don't know if I'll ever have that oppurtunity.
Aoilis
I see...
Lyrinn
I just wish... I could meet him.
Aoilis
I'm sure he'll come back one day. He must have a reason for leaving you.
Lyrinn
Yeah...
Aoilis
I'm sure he would proud of you if he were here.
Lyrinn
You think so?
Aoilis
Of course.
[Some Daylight Prairie refugees wonder around the camp as Lyrinn and Aoilis approach. Aoilis tells Lyrinn to get some sleep for tomorrow and that he'll let Reyn know the situstion. As Lyrinn approaches her temporary shelter, Thalasso awaits Lyrinn with a sleepy yet smiling face.]

Did I take too long?
Thalasso
Not at all.
Lyrinn
Why aren't you asleep yet, sir?
Thalasso
Just thought of waiting for you.
