{A day later}

[Lyrinn woke up in the middle of the night. Everyone was asleep yet she could not get any more. It has been becoming harder for her to sleep as many things had been on her head. Lyrinn gets off of her bed and takes a look at her fully healed injuries. Scars were still there. It would be likely that they would not disappear anytime soon. Eventually, Lyrinn decides to go out of her room and wanders aimlessly around the base. Although she could barely see, Lyrinn did not seem to mind. She preferred the dark to keep her vision company.

Her sleepiness rendered her partly emotionless but she always felt tired. Tired of everything, tired of carrying burdens and tired of acting strong but no matter what, she felt the need to remain silent about it. Lyrinn sit alone on a bench in the dark weeping silently to let out whatever she felt right now. Every grievance, every fatigue, and every burden, she let it all out in every falling tear.

Lyrinn was focused on sobbing she could not hear the footsteps coming towards her nor could she notice the sudden warmth embracing her. When she had finished sobbing, she noticed the person hugging her and immediately pushed them away. The light of his lamp made his face easy to recongize. Galloris held Lyrinn, looking at her with deep sadness and worry. Lyrinn was shocked and worried for she had just exposed herself unknowingly.]

Galloris
I knew it...

Lyrinn
Sir I-

Galloris
My room. Now.

[Lyrinn followed Galloris as ordered. She felt ashamed for having to show her emotions yet she was sure no one would know. Out of everyone that found her in a vulnerable moment, it was the leader of the organization. Lyrinn wondered if she had just ruined herself in front if her brother-in-law and the leader. Galloris looks back at Lyrinn with her ashamed and tired face, and pulls her close to his side.]

Galloris
You're not in trouble Lyrinn...

[It did not make Lyrinn any better, she was still ashamed for having to show her vulnerability. Although it did assure her that she was not in trouble for it.

When the two arrived inside Galloris' room, he closes the door and slowly embraced Lyrinn. She could not hold back her tears and started to sob into Galloris' shoulder. It was dimly lit.]

Galloris
It's too much for you... isn't it?

Lyrinn
Mhm...

Galloris
Why do you need hold it in all the time? It's bad for you as a warrior to hold your emotions in all the time.

Lyrinn
Is it..?

Galloris
It always is...

Lyrinn
*sobs*

Galloris
(Brother if only you were still here... neither of us would have to suffer like this...)

Lyrinn
I'm ashamed...

Galloris
Don't be... we're Sky Civilians, not frozen statues.

Lyrinn
I just want to be strong for everyone. I don't want to let anyone down.

Galloris
And we both know how hard it is in a kingdom in crisis. Listen, it's not healthy for you to always stay silent about your emotions. We need to give ourselves time to become emotionally vulnerable sometimes.

Lyrinn
...

Galloris
You're a sweet person Lyrinn and I know just how much you care. Just remember to let your emotions out when you can. Understand?

Lyrinn
Yes sir...

[That night, Galloris continued hugging Lyrinn tightly as she sobbed until she fell asleep. He carried Lyrinn to his bed and laid her comfortably.

When Lyrinn awoke, she was still embraced tightly by her brother-in-law in bed. It seems he was still worried about her. When Galloris noticed Lyrinn was awake, he loosened his grip.]
