[In a warm sunny day, warm green grass and warm colourful flowers adorn the land. The bright clouds decorate the blue sky. A toddler Lyrinn sits on the grass with her older brother amongst the beauty of the vicinity.]
Lyrinn's Brother
Such beauty. You're as beautiful as the scenery here.
Lyrinn
Hehe! Thank you!
[Lyrinn childly smiles so innocently at the compliment. Her brother looks at her with a seemingly calm smile, yet there's a hint of deep sadness within him.]
Lyrinn's Brother
Sister... If you ever find yourself alone against the magic of corruption, I want you to say "Liberate". Do you understand?
Lyrinn
Yes brother!
Lyrinn's Brother
Good.
{Present, Golden Wasteland, Boneyard City}
[Lyrinn wakes up beside a sleeping Thalasso. It seems she was dreaming in her sleep yet she remembers it so clearly. She wondered if it was a childhood memory she had forgotten long ago.
Thalasso awakes to see Lyrinn.]
Thalasso
Lyrinn? Is everything alright?
Lyrinn
I think I saw my missing brother... in my dream.
Thalasso
Your brother...?
Lyrinn
He said something to me... he said if I ever found myself against corruption. He told me to say "liberate". What does he mean by that?
Thalasso
I'm not sure... but it seems important. Keep it in mind.
Lyrinn
Alright.
Thalasso
Shall we get to training?
Lyrinn
Sure.
[The two got up and headed to the training room. Thalasso sits on a bench and watches Lyrinn with nothing but a solemn face. He starts to wonder if he should tell Lyrinn of who her brother is. He watches Lyrinn only, not her training.
He gets up from the bench and walks towards her. Lyrinn notices Thalasso's odd solemnity and halts her training. Lyrinn starts to get worried.]
Lyrinn
Thalasso is everything-
[Before she could finish, Thalasso hugs her close. He starts to feel it was wrong to keep the identity of Lyrinn's brother from her but he is not sure if he should break his promise.]
Thalasso
Do you miss your brother?
[Lyrinn is silent. The question seemed to came out of no where for her. Every mention of her missing brother made her heart ache. She answers anyways.]
Lyrinn
I do. And I want to recall him so badly. I don't want to completely forget my brother. I just want to see him again... even if its just once.
[Lyrinn's heart was aching. She wanted nothing but to see her long lost brother. Even just once was enough for her. Thalasso looks at Lyrinn.]
Thalasso
When the time is right, I'll tell you. Continue with your training. I'll be right back.
[He leans in and kisses Lyrinn on the lips then pulls back and lets go of her. Thalasso slowly walks out of the training room while Lyrinn watches him in confusion of the odd affection.
She touches her lips for a moment. Why would Thalasso kiss her so suddenly, she wonders. However, the question was not enough to detour her from the aching thought of her brother. Lyrinn decides to look for Thalasso.
Upon finding him in his bedroom with a flustered face, Lyrinn slowly walks in and hugs him. Over the days, they have been getting more noticably affectionate with each other. Lyrinn had questioned if their relationship was ever just a student-teacher friendship until now.]
Lyrinn
Tell me... do you want me?
[Thalasso looks at Lyrinn. He gets up from his bed and gently pushes Lyrinn to a wall, pulling himself closer to her. Lyrinn does not bother to resist. With a tempting smile, Thalasso answers.]
Thalasso
Yes, very much.
[Lyrinn whispers softly into Thalasso's ear.]
Lyrinn
I admired you as a warrior and yet, you show me affection that I can give into. In fact, I already have.
[Their conversation starts to warm up.]
Thalasso
I swore to protect you and yet now I want you so badly.
Lyrinn
We both know that. We both do.
[Their face draw closer as they talk.]
Thalasso
I know I'm halting your training but I'll halt it just a bit more.
Lyrinn
Then halt it as much as you need.
[Finally, the two kiss embracing each other lovingly.]
