{About Three Months Later, Vault of Knowledge, Stage Gathering}
[The Leaders had hired scouts to look for people capable of taking the role of clan leaders. It took them about two months to get good candidates and then pick which ones seemed the most capable, taking the leaders about a month to decide. When the candidates were picked, they decided to hold an announcement to announce the chosen candidates.
The majority of the civilians came to the Stage Gathering for an announcement. Lyrinn, Lukeris, Reyn, Galloris and Syronos managed to sit at the front. The audience was overwhelmingly loud until the three Clan Leaders came on the stage. Primo began to speak towards the now quiet, listening audience.]
Primo
As we all know, corruption has finally left our battlefield. As we are now rebuilding what was destroyed. Ederi Leader Pythoris has also returned to us safely after more than a decade of disappearance. The time has come that Restoria and I decided to retire while Pythoris has made the decision to stay. Neo and Aliso will take over as the leaders of the Islelin and Valleri clans, as well as the guardians of the Valley of Triumph and the Isle of Dawn. As for our chosen candidates for the rest of the leaders, I would like Leader Restoria to call up the chosen.
[Restoria goes up front with a paper list on her hand. Primo sits at the far end of the stage with Pythoris The audience leans into listen carefully and quietly.]
Restoria
I would like to announce the new leaders. This took terribly longer than usual I apologize.
[Restoria and the audience giggle in amusement then she continues her speech.]
Restoria
Those names I call, after I call you, please come up on the stage along with Neo and Aliso.
Travoris of the Wastero and apprentice of Fujito.
Reyn of the Forestro, apprentice of the late Leader Aoilis.
and finally, Galloris of the Dayliri, brother of the late Thalasso.
[Neo, Aliso, Reyn, Galloris and Travoris all come up on stage. Lyrinn watches and is proud of her friends though saddened she never managed to live up to what she had wanted to be. The audience claps for a bit then quiets down.]
Restoria
New Guardians and Leaders of the Kingdom, you have been chosen to lead and protect this kingdom. To everyone else who may have been candidates, thank you for your participation. New Leaders, you may take your seats at the far end of the stage. I would like to call up Leader Pythoris for our last announcements.
[Restoria walks to the far end along with the new leaders and sits with Primo. Pythoris goes up front.]
Pythoris
Again I would like to thank our scouts and candidates for helping us out. As for final announcements, I was given the honour like to call up the New Kingdom Leader. For a long time, we have not had a kingdom leader ever since the death of the late Leader Dynasti. Akyon, Tanralios and Dynasti have gladly served and died for our kingdom. Times have changed, we never know when this kingdom will be in peril again.
Restoria, Primo and I have decided on a new kingdom leader and as I am glad to serve alongside the new leaders, I am also glad to work alongside the new kingdom leader. I would like to call this person. This young individual did a great deal for our kingdom and has saved all of us from doom. This young individual is also the reason why I am here. I would like to call up my younger sister, Lyrinn on the stage.
[Lyrinn went on the stage surprized. Everyone cheered and clapped loudly.]
Pythoris
Lyrinn, you are chosen by us leaders to take on the role as the new kingdom leader. Are you willing to take on your new role and title as the Kingdom Leader?
[Lyrinn takes a moment to breathe and then she says her answer.]
Lyrinn
Yes.
[Everyone cheers and claps again. Lyrinn looks at the lively audience and notices spirits from orbit. Lyricalus, Thalasso, Shinesty, Aoilis and Allister watch from the far back of the audience. Tanralios, Dynasti and Akirianis appear in front of Lyrinn, proudly smiling. Everyone around her cannot see the spirits that come to congratulate the new leader of the kingdom, yet she can.]
Akirianis
I'm proud of you Lyrinn. And I always am.
Dynasti
I guess our family legacy as kingdom leaders will continue on you little sis. I know you will make us proud.
Tanralios
My daughter, look after the kingdom for us until the end.
{One Month Later, Wind Paths, Meeting Room}
[Gathered among the table were the new group of leaders along with the Kingdom Leader.]
Lyrinn
Well... I guess this is our first meeting? Not sure how this may work... not sure what to talk about either.
Aliso
Hmm... well, how's our first month guys?
Neo
It's been calm, no problems so far.
Travoris
I'm still trying to adjust. I know it's gonna be harder than it looks.
Pythoris
We'll do okay guys. We're already on our first month in.
Reyn
Pythoris you've been a leader way longer than any of us.
Pythoris
Technically yes... But you know I've disappeared for so long.
Galloris
That is true but... you're still the only leader that has been in this role for longer than all of us.
Lyrinn
Hmm... Maybe we should have a meeting at least once every beginning of a month. Just to check up on anything about the realms and if there's any problems that has been going on. We can still call leader meetings if we wish at anytime.
Pythoris
Huh, great idea sister!
Aliso
I agree with Lyrinn.
Galloris
Seems reasonable to me. I believe it can help us work together.
Neo
Then it's set.
Travoris
So no problems so far?
Reyn
Not at the moment.
Lyrinn
Alright... anything anyone wants to say before we call off this meeting as finished?
[No one responds.]
Lyrinn
Alright, meeting is off. Goodnight everyone.
Reyn
Alright, sleep well.
[Lyrinn watches as the leaders leave the meeting room. She looks back and sees Pythoris gazing at her. Wondering if he wanted to talk about something private, Lyrinn closes the door and walks over to her brother.]
Lyrinn
Brother? Did you want to talk?
Pythoris
Not really... just wanted some time alone with you.
[Lyrinn sits beside him. Silence and the glow of the moonlight make up the atmosphere of the room.]
Pythoris
You've grown so much... and I was never there to see it. I know I was never there for you for your whole childhood... I don't blame you if we never get close as siblings...
Lyrinn
Pythoris... hey.
[Lyrinn stands and goes behind Pythoris, wrapping her arms loose around his neck and rests her head beside his.]
Lyrinn
Sometimes things take an unfortunate turn... and even after all this time. We're together again and we'll be there for each other. You left me just to protect me. We've been through a lot. But now, we're back together.
Pythoris
Yeah. Maybe one day, I'll make up the time I missed.
Lyrinn
You don't have to.
For now, let's let time heal us.
