It's been a month since Nellie's birthday, September was just around the corner. I was at my parents house, packing my stuff down.

"It's so weird" mom told me as she walked in, "our little girl is moving out" she said and gave me a hug. "Officially" I nodded, "luckily you're not far away from us" she said. I nodded, I was moving out. I found a place in Brentwood here in Los Angeles, it was thirty five minutes from here. I signed the lease last month when I got back here. I really liked the place that I found.

"We want to show you something in a little" mom told me, "just come down to the driveway when you're ready" she smiled. "Okay, I'll be down in two minutes" I said.

"Okay what is it-" I walked out and stopped, Drew and both of our parents were out here. "What is that?" I asked Drew as he was leaning against a black car. It wasn't ours. "What do you mean? This" he nodded to the car, "it's your official first car" he told me. "What?" I said, "no" I said. It was a Tesla. They couldn't mean this.

"Yeah" mom nodded, "we thought we would go together and get you this" mom said, "no" I said, "I can't, take it back please" I said and turned around to go back inside.

"Hey" Drew said and grabbed me by my waist, he turned me around. "Why? This is too much, it costs you guys too much" I told them. "Because you deserve it, you've worked really hard," Drew said. "We wouldn't get you this if we didn't think you deserved it honey, we love you and we know you've been working so hard the past year, this is a gift from us" mom said. " And to make you feel better, we started saving up for this car three years ago," Drew smiled. "Oh my god" I said, "thank you" I said. "You're not spoiled honey, you have worked hard and we want you to have this" mom smiled.

I've been sleeping at my own house for four days. I felt really at home. I still had some time off from work and I didn't have anywhere to be, so I thought I would just run a few errands these days.

"This is just so nice," Lambert smiled. I was showing him my place. He was actually the first person to see it, I didn't count Drew and my parents with it. Lambert was my friend and I was happy about my place and to show it to him.

"I like it too" I smiled, "have you held a housewarming?" he smiled, "no" I said. "Oh god" he said, "we'll do it tonight-" "No" I laughed. "Yes, do you have plans?" he asked me, "no but-" "Let me do all the planning, I'll invite people, decorate, the only thing you'll be doing is buy the booze, I'll send you a list" he smiled. "I'll only invite close friends, I promise," Lambert smiled.

"This is so nice" my mom told me, I came here to kill time. Lambert was at mine, doing whatever he needed to. I dropped the booze at the house and left to come here. "Do you think he will invite Harry?" Mom asked me, "I don't know," I said. "How do you feel about it?" she asked me, "I honestly feel fine, I was sad for a long time but maybe people are right, maybe we can stay friends" I just said.

It was over eight, I've been out since I left the house hours ago. I parked the car and got out. I walked inside and I closed the door behind me. "Oh my god" I whispered as I heard a lot of people, he said it was only close friends.
