I'M UNDESERVING...

GLAMOUR MANSION....

Next day early morning Wei wuxian and Jiang Cheng left alone . They were in qishan , walking their way to glamour mansion,

“ What's on your mind ?” , wei wuxian asked as he could see how anxious the other was.

“ It's nothing!”, Jiang Cheng snaps back. Wei wuxian smiles,

“ If you are saying nothing , means there is definitely something ! ”,

Jiang Cheng doesn't reply to this , after a brief of silence wei wuxian hear him murmuring,

“ Are you sure this will work ?”, Jiang Cheng murmured.

“ I think so!”, said wei wuxian.

“ ..... ”

Wei wuxian turns to Jiang Cheng when he felt his pointed gaze on him ,

“ What ? ”,

“ What do mean you think so ? We are  litterly in the mouth of danger and you say you think so?? ”, Jiang Cheng scold wei wuxian furiously.

“ Come on Jiang Cheng!! We have to  try even if there is the least possibility. Plus I trust lan zhan and wen ning .”, Wei wuxian smiles assuring the younger who seems to be more annoyed,

“ But , I don't trust both of them!! I'm telling you if something happens to Jin...”,

“ You trust xichen-ge right ? ”, wei wuxian cuts Jiang Cheng's words in between . Jiang Cheng open and close his mouth like and fish , sighing in defeat , he nods ,

“ Then why are you so tensed? Have faith in him ! Nothing will happen to those little troublemakers ”, wei wuxian said . They were walking towards the glamour mansion . After a brief silence wei wuxian turns to Jiang Cheng with a questioning gaze ,

“ What you want now ?” , Jiang Cheng annoyingly asked glancing at the other .

“ Nothing...but what is going between you and xichen-ge? ”, wei wuxian asked , he could no longer hide his bubbles. He wanted to know every single word which he felt he missed , he was sure something big was amiss from his eyes but what ?,

“ What do mean by that ? Nothing is going on with us , we are normal friends like you and lan wangji!! ”, Jiang Cheng said looking at wei wuxian , whose mouth was wide open in shock .

First Jiang Cheng didn't get why he was reacting like that but the next second he wanted to strike himself with zidian, he digged his own grave, how the current relationship of wei wuxian and lan wangji could be considered as friends? Why can't he control his mouth!? Before wei wuxian could say anything he immediately turned his attention else where,

“ Look we are at the glamour mansion!! Now be serious ”,

“ Ah...yeah..yeah!! ”, wei wuxian said trying distract himself from the words he heard just now. But one thing for sure was that after all this ruckus , he will not leave Jiang Cheng side till he make him say every detail even if it meant to be striked to death by zidian.

“ I hate this much silence!”, said wei wuxian examining the tall closed gate . Slowly , the door opens both twin prides get alerted ready for anything.....but there was nothing in their front. Confused but alerted , giving each other a last glance they walk inside the mansion. Dust , spider webs , ruined and what not they thought about the abandoned hall  was just a mere thought.... because infront of them was the glamour mansion's hall as glamorous and intimating as ever.

“ Wasn't the glamour mansion abandoned by cultivation world? Why it seems like they are holding all  sect conference?”, wei wuxian was feeling quite off as he could sense the resentment in the place....that too was very strong. It does make sense , the presence of resentment , as it was hall were everything actually started , from killing of peasants to death of Yiling patriarch , so many wars and seize, it may take months to clear the resentment even if it was cleaned by the whole lan clan.
