Eli's P.O.V.
"Oh my goodness, how?, when?" I asked confused holding my son tight.
"Well, Harper here tracked us down and ask if we would come and surprise you, Harper is a great friend to you." Elizabeth said while attempting to kiss me
"What are you doing?" I asked pushing her away from me
"We are here for you, that's why I thought Harper contacted me." Elizabeth said
"No Elizabeth, I just, just....." I stuttered
"I just got engaged to Harper. Jackson go in the kitchen and get some breakfast so mommy and daddy can talk." I told him as I hugged him again I watched as Jackson ran to the kitchen to get some breakfast after I pointed him in the right direction
"I thought we would pick up where we left off. You know we have a son together and all and you know my father took Jackson and I to Seattle, Washington against our will. He told me he would take Jackson away from me and send me away if I attempted to come back or contact you. But we can be and be a family have more kids, and everything. "Elizabeth said
"What didn't you understand about I am engaged to a woman that I am deeply in love with. We are DONE!! I have moved on with my life it has been 7 years! Did you expect me to wait for you? Your father took our son and left. I have a family now and I want Jackson to be apart of it but not you. I am 28 years old and I am ready to settle down. The love between us has died and I have a new love." I said
"Okay...thats how you feel but we'll see" Elizabeth said stepping past me to go into the family room where the Christmas tree was.
As she said that Harper came in with my last gift. "Here babe, this is your final gift of the day before we let Jackson open up his gifts that Eli got for him." Harper said
We went into the family room and everyone sat down on the couches and watched as I opened up my gift. I opened the box and it had a picture framed of Jackson in front of my house. Then under that picture it had papers that changed Jackson's last name from Chapman to Washington. Finally under that there were papers that showed and said I have full custody of Jackson.
"Is this real?" I asked
"Yes it is babe, thanks to Elizabeth and her cooperation I got done for you." I said
"But how did you get my signature?" I asked
"Do you remember when I asked you to sign this paper because I want to see what your signature was like?" Harper asked me
"Yeah" I said
"That's when, when I said that paper was just no big deal, it was for changing custody of Jackson." Harper said "Wow, I haven't had this good of a Christmas in a long time." I said
"Okay here Jackson, these are your presents." Harper said as she handed them to him and I immediately whipped out my phone to see the joy on his face. This will be the one of many times, I see this.
"Dad, look at what Santa gave me it's a playset with swings and a slide. Daddy you have to help me put it together." Jackson said I hate I am just now experiencing it but father hood is something that I love and not just being a father to Jackson but being one to Isaac as well. Jackson opened up his other presents he got Avengers toys, a iPad, and some batman toys and clothes.
"Okay, now that we have opened up gifts let's go and eat breakfast." I said and Elizabeth came up to me
"I am going to get out of here, and I will bring his clothes later tonight." she said
"Okay see you tonight..." I said as I walked away from
"Your not gonna walk me to my car?" She asked
"No because we are not together and I have a family now." I said sternly
She turned around and left with this psychotic smile on her face. I walked into the kitchen to find everyone sitting, laughing, and talking.
"Really? How do you guys start all of the fun without me?" I said taking a seat in-between Isaac and Jackson. This is the best day ever, I have my sons, my fiancée and soon to be little sister in-law.

Sorry Guys for the short update, I watch the Pacquio and Mayweather Fight I was up until about 2 in the morning right back up at 8:00 the next for church and right back up at 6:30 for school today so please bare with me.
