"Why do I feel this way!? I've talked about it, I've thought about it! I thought I was over this, yet he comes again into my life once again right as I thought that I was over with it! It was all over! And he fucked it all up!"
Ajax desperately yelled at himself. He fell onto the floor aggressively. Dark shadows spewed off of him with force as some sort of shadowy goo. He was trembling with tears falling heavily from his bloodshot eyes onto the now-deformed grass. The black shadow goo slowly started to coagulate while Ajax was too busy drowning in his hatred.
"What am I supposed to do!? I've tried everything! Telling her, avoiding him, speaking with him. Avoiding the subject, ignoring the feeling, acknowledging it. EVERYTHING!"
He yelled. More shadowy goo came out and the coagulations took the form of himself. The figures formed Adtrita Corvus and they slowly approached him.
"Maybe I'm not good enough? Am I being toxic? Do I need help? Am I going to feel this way all of this time? Is he BETTER?"
Ajax finally snapped and immediately summoned Corvus. He pounced on the figures and reaped them one by one with a simple slash. Figures were still coming out of him at the same rate that they were being decimated.
"I DON'T NEED THIS! I WAS OKAY! GET AWAY FROM ME!"
Ajax yelled at the top of his lungs. His semblance seemed to get out of control and black matter kept pooling on his body. He desperately kept ripping it off his body and throwing it onto the floor.
The figures continued to flow out of him and grew in size. Ajax wasn't aware of this due to his anger. He continued reaping whatever was on his path until one of his attacks was parried by one of his shadows. He snapped from his tunnel vision and saw that this shadow had a slight hint of dark green on it and it had green menacing eyes. He slashed at it once again, but the shadow easily evaded it.
"You keep trying, but to no avail, right?" The figure said with his voice distorted.
The figure smiled, showing his shadow teeth. In an instant, the monster pounced on Ajax who was barely able to block it. He slashed and blocked incoming hits from the monster as it clawed at him. He was being overpowered by it.
"Every time you think about it, I get stronger! No wonder I am easily overpowering you! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS." The figure kept repetitively slashing at Ajax.
Elsewhere, Jester was leaning on a tree watching all of this unfold.
"You have to learn some way or another, Ajax..."
Ajax kept getting glimpses of his relationship and the cause of this entity. He thought he was mature and didn't have any problems. How could he have known that a monster was brewing inside of him? What is this monster and why is it attacking him?
Ajax managed to dodge the monster's attacks and made some distance between them.
"What are you?" Ajax asked anxiety and anger filling his voice.
"I already told you... You should know. You knew you were at peace with the demon and you thought you knew how to deal with it, but shoving it beneath the rug will not solve your problems."
That was it. It was the jealousy that he had experienced all of this time. All the time he overthought simple actions Weiss did while she was with Neptune. It was so easy for Ajax's mind to prepare him for the worse that he forgot to focus on what was going on.
"But I was over with you! I had come to terms with myself..." He frowned.
"That's what you think! But do you feel that way?" The figure asked with a wide yet gloomy smile.
