Chapter 29

3rd Person POV

Teams GHZT and ZNTH are seen entering the waiting room of the contestants. Some were panting heavily, some were beaten, and some were simply relaxing, a prime example is Ajax, who is simply leaning on a wall relaxing after their victory.

"You guys did well," Zephyr said extending a hand in front of Ajax, who opens his eyes in annoyance but quickly shines a small smirk.

"Thanks, you guys weren't bad yourselves," Ajax remarked taking Zephyr's hand and shaking it.

"looking forward to sparring again," Zephyr said with a smile and parted way with his teammates. Ajax rolls his eyes and turns to his side, where Titus was sitting.

Ajax noticed that Titus was looking too deep into something or someone for that matter. Ajax turns over to whatever Titus is inspecting and noticed his gaze is glued onto Horizon, the girl he fought. He turns at Titus and once again to Horizon to confirm his suspicion. 

"Titus, you okay?" Ajax asks raising one eyebrow.

"Yeah, why?" Titus responded with his eyes still glued to Horizon.

"You looking a bit stiff..." Ajax remarked inspecting him. Titus was indeed very stiff and attentive. 

"Really? Weird," Titus said, clearly not paying any attention to Ajax. 

"Why don't you go talk to her," Ajax said once in for all.

"What do you mean?!" Titus said out loud, finally breaking his trance. 

"You know what I mean. It might be the last time you see her, so make it count" Ajax responded getting up and stretching. "I'm going to go to the dorms to take a nap since the matches are over for us."

With that, Ajax starts walking away, leaving his teammates and Titus re-thinking his entire life plans. Right as he exited the building, he noticed more airships flying by. But one caught his eye. It seemed to be fancier. Not that he cared enough to go around asking for information, so he continued walking towards the exit of the coliseum. In the process, he noticed Team RWBY also leaving the coliseum. Weiss also seemed to have noticed the fancy ship, as she is seen looking at it with happiness. Ajax decided to go visit them.

Ajax POV.

"Hey Weiss," Ajax said nearing the girls. "Hey girls." 

"Hello, Geist!" Ruby said in her normal cheery attitude. "You guys were amazing! I love your fighting style and your semblance you were very edgy but I love it!"

I stood there dumbstruck due to the barrage of odd compliments. 

"Ermm... Thanks, Ruby..." I said confused. "What are you guys going to do now?"

"Blake and I are going to the dorms," Yang said placing a hand on her hip in rest. 

"You both need to come with me in this instant!" Weiss yelled, though not in an angry manner, but rather with excitement. 

In an instant, she zoomed with a speed rivaling that of Ruby through the crowds.

"Well, I know what I'll be doing," Ruby said in the same confusion I'm experiencing. "Let's go!" 

"Right then," I said and phased into Ruby's shadow. Y'know, as to not do anything and let Ruby do the zooming. 

Eventually, we catch up to Weiss and we were now at the landing zones near the courtyard. 

"Weiss! What is the big deal!? Who is it? Who is she!?" Ruby desperately asked as Weiss looked at the fancy airship with a smile. 

"Winter," Weiss responded as she smiles at the sight of a woman VERY similar to her.
