Unforgettable

Chap 21

     Dev dragged Swathi along with him to the place which he calls as heaven. Atharv has never given him permission to enter that place. But Dev knew well what is inside and he always wanted to visit but he was always denied to enter.

" What is this place called heaven " Swathi asked him after coming out her trance.

" Its a place where we can enjoy ourselves by hurting whom hurt us " Dev said with a slight smile.

" what do you mean " she asked not understanding him.

" oh come on Swathi... just stay quiet and come along with me.... Im damn sure you will enjoy there more than me " Dev  told her as he drove her towards their destination.

Dev took her to Atharv's  guest house and then he directed her to the basement. He took the key that Adharv gave him and open a small door which had password locking system.  He entered the password.

" Welcome to heaven Swathi " Dev said bowing dramatically.

" It doesn't feel like that to me " Swathi said confused.

" I will show you something " Dev said switching on a button. It was a single sided mirror where you can see the other person but they can't see you.

" It's him " Swathi whispered

" Yes.... he is kept alive so that one day you could punish him " Dev said to her.  Swathi looked at him puzzled.

" Atharv anna had kept him locked here torching him sometimes.  I use to ask him to let me to torture him but he won't he asked me to wait for the right time. After all these years this is the first time he let me.... go it's your time... I will have my time with him later. I will wait outside. I know you can handle him " Dev said patting her shoulder.

Swathi entered the room and saw him . His one hand was tied to the wall while he sat on the bed. He looks worst than the last time she saw him.

" long time no see Swathi " he said chuckling.

" what's your name " Swathi asked him.

" Shekar.... why do you want my name as your surname" he said like a maniac.

" The hell like that.... I'm already married " she said standing there. He laughed hearing her.

" Who in their right mind would want a used person like you " he said laughing.

" you must be his charity case... no one would want a used paper. Pity case " he scoffed.

Dev who came inside to check Swathi heard his words and ran to hit him in rage. He beat the shit out of him.

" Don't want to hit him " Dev asked her.

" I don't want to touch a filthy blood " saying that Swathi left while Dev continued hitting him until he couldn't take it more....
