It was dark, but I could still remember seeing his stunning, blue eyes clearly through the darkness.

I wrapped my arms around myself to stop my shivering. I couldn't tell if it was because I was cold because I was still dripping wet, or if because I was scared? Maybe both? The shivers progressed, and soon the tears were out. I started to sob. What was he? He was so beautiful but there was a sense of darkness about him that made me cringe. My breathing hitched when I finally grasped the situation. I may never go home again. Never see my dad...My dad! I forgot! he needed to tell me something.

I stood up to look at the window. It was already dark, but I was sure that it was barely the afternoon?

I needed to get out of here.

I looked down the window, estimating how far the ground was from the bedroom. I was judging about twenty feet or so. I then looked at my surroundings. I was glad that I was open-minded and a quick thinker. I had gotten that from my dad. A ping resonated inside of me. I really wanted to go back home.

I took the large bedspread into my hands, and began to probe around for a pair of scissors. I was made sure that I was quiet. If he was what I really thought he was then I knew his hearing must be amplified to some degree.

I reached the last drawer, but I didn't find a pair of scissors, I found a knife. I hesitated, but when my hands wrapped around the silver knife I felt a sense of comfort, and I desperately needed comfort at the moment.

I began to ripped at the bedspread and jumped at every noise of a tear. My hearing seemed to amplified as well with the sense of fear. I also could feel myself shake with an adrenaline rush. I wasn't going to be the girl that just huddled into the corner and cried. I did cry, but that was over. If he wanted to keep me here. I was sure that I was going to make his life a living hell.

I reached the last piece of fabric and with one last slash I doubled the size of the comforter in length. I began to push and the bed stand to place it by the window. A loud scarping sound echoed in the room, and that one, I knew that I couldn't just hear it because of my acute sense of hearing. I stopped and pushed one of the drawers to the door, and rushed back to the bed. I braced my knees and let out another push. Another sound, sounded and I increased my speed. Right when the bed was now side by side with the window someone began shuffling with the door knob.

"Miss? It everything all right?" It wasn't a male voice. I grew even more scared when I began to think it was the girl from earlier.

My fingers were quick to make a knot around one of the bed stands. The door was now being kicked. "Open the door!" It was now a male voice, but it sounded different from the blue-eyed man. I wasn't going to stick around to find out though. I threw the comforter out the window, and myself with it. I began to quickly escalate down the blanket feeling relieved when I saw the ground come closer to view.

I could hear the door bang open from above, and I moved faster. I looked above to see a brown-hair man looking out the window. He pointed his finger at me while yelling, "Come back here!"

I let go by accident, surprised by his tone of voice. I landed unsuccessfully on my butt, but I was too scared of being capture that I ignored the pain.
