The four friends sat around the table,eyes fixed on their own books and no one speaking until Ella decided to break the silence.

"It's really stressing me out"She said and other's now glanced at her.

"I know,right"Amy too sighed.

"Well if we don't study, exams are gonna stress us out more"Sarawat said.

"We've been studying of 2 hours now, let's take a break and continue"Tine said and Ella immediately closed her book and came over to Tine's side and drag him up.

"I heard there's a place around where they sell home-made burgers. Completely healthy"Ella said and Tine looked at her.

"Is it okay for you to eat? I think you should avoid such food items-"

"Please?"Ella pleaded and Tine looked at Sarawat.

"She's been avoiding all of that kind for a while now. But it's better not to eat them and I don't buy her any of that"Sarawat said.

"Oh ,so you approached me?"Tine asked and Ella give an angry face to Sarawat and pouted to Tine.

"Don't worry. If you're hungry, Amy's parents have packed lunch for all four of us. Let's eat it outside"Tine said and Ella sighed and let go of Tine's hand.

"But-"

"Let's goo and eat now"Amy said cutting her off and Ella stayed back while Amy was almost running out but stopped seeing Ella.

"Come on, Ella"Amy said walking over to Ella who was now starting to behave like a kid.

"I want to eat burger. Really"Ella looked down and Tine sighed.

"But I care about you more"Tine said and Amy hooked her hand with Ella's.

"Don't think I'm praising my own mother, but he cooking really do beat all those burgers and pizza's"Amy said dragging Ella out of the study cafe and Sarawat sighed and followed them outside with Tine.

In the park outside among the other students taking rest they found a stone seat for four of them and Amy served food for them. However Ella didn't touched hers until a spoon was kept next to her mouth and she turned her head to look at Tine.

"Try it, you can't starve"Tine said and Ella remained silent.

"If you eat, then I'll show you stars and moon at night"Tine said playfully like a parent to their child and Ella huffed.

"I'm not a kid to fall for tha-"In the gap Tine put food in her mouth and chuckled.

"Now you can't spit it out"Tine warned and Ella gave him a helpless look.

"Come on, if you won't eat then I won't either"Tine said and Ella pouted but chewed the food slowly and her face slowly changed and Tine smiled.

"Tastes amazing, right?"He asked and she was reluctant to admit.

"Come on,with a pretty face don't be shy to compliment other's"Tine said and Ella smiled as she gave him thumps up and he chuckled as he stared feeding her food like she loved it and they were happily spending the quality time.

Amy gulped down the food hardly and looked at Sarawat who was equally feeling like her.

"Seems like we're ghosts now"Amy said and Sarawat nodded.

"It tastes amazing,btw"Sarawat said and Amy smiled proudly.

"Ofcourse it would. It's my mommy who prepared it after all"She said and looked at Tine and Ella who were still talking and eating without anyone to disturb them.

Amy smiled looking at her either sides, on one side was Tine and Amy and on the other was Sarawat. A friendship she's never dreamt about happening. It was just Tine and her and all along she thought that she can't accept anyone else with them. Maybe at first it was just her pity towards Ella and her condition that let her try to be friends with her. But the more she got to know her the more deep the friendship got, same with Sarawat. Amy still felt jealous when Tine spent more time with Ella or Sarawat instead of her but she also couldn't imagine how it's gonna hurt when they'll have to part ways someday in their life. At first she only had Tine to talk to, even if she had such an amazing brother and his bestfriend it was different. She felt that she was more happy now with two more friends and that she wouldn't trade them for the World.

Days fell off like the leaves from a tree, everyone were getting busier with classes and studies, barely any time to spend together unlike before. Still once or twice in a week the four would try to catch up at the study cafe and spend extra time there trying to study,but with them together they often caught themselves getting invested in conversation rather than studying which they agreed was one of the reasons they spent less time together.

Amy found it rather annoying with her brother trying to distract her but thanks to Nani who would distract her brother for her so she could study. And she sometimes went over to Tine's to get help and Jaeyoung would help the both which helped them get closer as well. Sarawat and Ella had difficulty in focusing sometimes, especially with Ginger around but everytime they would find a way to overcome it together. Tine would spend extra hours studying and sometimes Jaeyoung and him take turns in making coffee to shoo away sleep so they could study.

Before they knew it the exam's were around the corner and they decided to be more invested in studies rather than in other activities. But studying 24×7 wasn't the best thing for them so they also decided that they would meet up once in a few and spend some time away from studies just to relax themselves. They all had a dream to get good jobs, even if Ella and Sarawat from wealthy family compared to Tine's and Amy already had jobs waiting for them they decided that they wouldn't take the positions just because of the family name but after practicing the studies they would take over their positions and do well their.

Sometimes they felt empty deep inside, it was hard, it was tiring and boring. Sometimes they just wanted to give up, but everytime they were about to give up, they had reasons within them that kept them going.

Just a week away and Amy was visiting Tine at his place. Sarawat and Ella couldn't join as they were visiting their family and Tine's mother was already home.

"Come downstairs kids, lunch is ready"Anya called from downstairs and Jaeyoung almost flew on his way down followed by Amy and lastly Tine.

Anya chuckled as the kids of her sighed into their foods like prisoners who were put to starve.

"Slow down everyone. There's no hurry. You're all doing great in studies"Anya said as she poured water for Amy and she thanked.

"I'm very proud of you all"Anya said and they smiled at her.

"It's amazing to hear it from someone"Jaeyoung said and she chuckled.

"But I'm still worried. What if I can't perform well? What if I fail?"Tine looked down and Amy too felt down at that.

"You won't. You're all studying well. Working hard for the exams. And I believe it's all gonna pay off. Whatever the result will be, what matters to me is that you all tried your best. So don't give a chance to regret"Anya said and Tine smiled at her. She was the only one who could bring him up from the lowest than anyone else.

And the days were there, finally the friends would meet up after each exam's discussing how each one went. After each exam's increased the pressure and they weren't ready to give up as they prepared all they could to not let the exams destroy their hardworks.

"It was hard for me today"Ella said staring down at her hands, she was feeling tired in the past day's and Sarawat was taking care of her.

"It was hard in common"Amy said sitting down beside Ella who still looked sad.

"We prepared a lot but-"

"You have worked hard enough and that's what it matters. I'm sure you're gonna get good results"Sarawat said taking her hand in his and she smiled.

"Let's get some drinks and then get to home. It's only two more to go"Tine reminded as they got up to get going.

I know the story is moving fast forward and is getting a bit boring. But it's all gonna end in two or three more updates. I already have a ending in my mind for all of them and let me know what do you wish for them ❤️✨
