Chapter 4: Too Much for One Girl

"What's that noise?" Natillie's friend Monica demands as she flew through the sky with her phone to her ear. "Is that wind what the heck are you doing?"

"Uhh. The windows are down. Diana is driving me to home after gymnastics." she exclaims although it sounded more like a question than a statement as she lied through her teeth to one of her best friends. "But we're still on for that sleepover next weekend right?"

"Of course! We are! But you're dodging the question" Monica states as Natillie pulls to a stop over one of the many parks in Metropolis as she stares down at none other than Cheetah causing her usual form of chaos. 

"I told you I would be there and I will." she says rather sharply as she focused on the woman speeding around out in the open as if she wanted the attention, like she wanted Wonder Woman to come find her. "I gotta go. See you tonight."

"Don't be late!" Hanging up the phone, she shoves it into her pocket before descending down towards Cheetah bracing herself for what was yet to come. She needed to stay on her toes and perfectly alert if she wanted to stand a chance against her.

"What is it this time?" Natillie questions with a small smile gracing her features as the brunette turns to face her. 

Meetting her bright green cat eyes, Natillie's stomach churns as she lands in front her. Cheetah only stares her down with narrowed eyes as she circled her with cat like grace which was expected from her considering she was a part of the cat family with her cheetah spot skin and tail. It made her seem more animal like than human but she was definitely human.

"So Wonder Woman doesn't have the guts to face me herself" Cheetah states while facing her. "It doesn't matter. I'll settle for the look on her face when she finds you dead at my feet." 

Flicking out her claws, Cheetah jumps at her but Natillie manages to deflect her advance with her wrist bands as her claws scrape against the metal. Her boots skid against the concrete from the force exerted before she's using her flight to propel herself over in a tight flip. Landing on her feet in an instance Natillie spins into a round house kick only for Cheetah to speed out of the way.  

"I'm not impressed" the older woman states rather simply while examining her claws that had dulled against her wrist bands. 

Rolling her eyes at her, Natillie faces her unamused. She didn't have time to be toyed around with. Quite frankly she does not remember it being on her list of things to do.  Flying after her, she watches as Cheetah speeds away changing directions but there's no mistaking that the chase has begun.

Natillie spends the better half of two minutes chasing her before stopping briefly in the middle of the street as Cheetah runs by cars not caring if they crashed.

She preventing a bus from crashing into some soccer mom's car when something wraps around her neck pulling her back. Crashing into the road that was cracked on impact the furry thing around her neck releases her as Cheetah stood over her. 

Shuddering at the thought of her tail around her neck, Natillie glared at the woman who went to slam her foot into her chest only for her to move out of the way last minute.  Scrambling to her feet she ignored how her phone rang in pocket while staring at her surroundings. 

She needed to end this and now.

"You want me. Come and get me" Natillie exclaims before taking to the air and flying down the street towards a fire hydrant as Cheetah followed after her. Landing she was then kicked in the stomach before dodging an array of punches thrown at her. 

Allowing herself to be thrown into the fire hydrant that dented as she flew into it before she stares up at Cheetah who towers over her. 

"Ok.Ok" Natillie states while raising her hands up in surrender. Stumbling to her feet Cheetah jumps at her before she can fully get to her feet. Despite how she landed a few punches on her, Cheetah retaliates by slashing her claws against her cheek which draws fresh blood from her cheeks.
