I parked the car then get out. I wanna see her without being noticed. Also to take a stolen picture to upload it to her fan account.
I went inside the hospital in search of a tall attractive girl in the hallway.
"Are you looking for Ice?" I look over my shoulder and there's Mateo.
"Yes. You see her?"
He stared at me for a second, his expression were unreadable but it somehow creeps me out "I'm gonna be the top resident here"
It made me chuckle but I'm not sorry that he look a little bit offended "good luck with that but Ice is gifted"
He look reluctant, he didn't see that mean side coming, but I'am Ice best friend so it's in my nature to defend my best friend.
"I beat her last semester" he bragged
"Last semester" I emphasized
He frowned and now we're currently on invisible war glaring "I can do it again" he says in firm tone.
That confidence makes me smirk then folded my arms "You can try" I dared as we both narrowed our eyes.
"Summer?" Mateo and I drop down our electrifying glare when we both tilted our heads to Ice.
She glance to Mateo before switching back to me "what's happening? Did he bug again?"
"No" I look back to Mateo "I'm just telling him good luck"
Mateo opened his mouth but scoffed instead before looking away for a second then back at me "I'll show you" he says before glaring to Ice then turning around to walkaway.
"Show you what?" Ice asking me with that eyes being so cold.
I pouted then fixes her shirt collar "don't let that freak beat you, he'll always be the second best"
She smiled again but mine faded....I mentally slapped myself to wake up or you'll be drooling by simply admiring her smile.
I step back then push the lump in my throat "let's go, they're waiting for us in the mall. Don't worry we'll just gonna eat dinner then drive you home, I know you still need sleep" although it is weekend tomorrow, she still need to rest up.
"Okay"
Ice insist that she'll drive and being Ice she will not take no for answers.
"Summy! Ice!" Carlisle waving at us "over here"
I'am happy and smiling but it fades out when Jaden came in the picture....don't get me wrong, he is super nice and I'm forever thankful for saving me but I guess, I'm just being selfish to have Ice alone.
"Let's go? How's Chinese food sounds?" Joanne mentioned.
We all agreed and entered the restaurant.
It was fun but not when they teased Ice and Jaden but I had to go along, to smile and laugh as well even when it feels wrong-even the truth is, I'm jealous.
"You guys are really look good together" Joanne added "I wonder, is Jaden best friend approve?"
They all looked at me, even Ice.
I let out a soft smile "Of course. It will be my peace of mind if it's gonna be Jaden" of why my chest is tightening saying it?
They all cheered up, teasing them more.
"So...since tomorrow is weekend, how about we stay a little bit late and do some fun stuff like shooting?" Vero suggesting while we walked out from the restaurant "it's been so long since Summy and I had a friendly competition"
"Put it on then" I dared and I laughed when Vero flips her hair.

After Vero winning over me by having 1 point ahead we continued the night in billiards diner to hangout and drink some beer.
