I thought about it for the past week.

I think I'm doing it. I'm gonna marry a stranger.

Just one thing actually convinced me.

I don't want my parents to have debts because of my uni fees. I owe them enough and university is so expensive these days, it makes me feel uneasy thinking of the amount of money, makes me sick.

And I mean living alone off a multi billionaire doesn't seem too bad, does it?

If he turns out to be a monster I'll simply divorce him. Nothing dramatic right? And if he won't let me, I'll get a lawyer using his money. Easy.

It may seem easy but he's a famous CEO, he has a lot of power and connections everywhere. Even so, my family having my back gives me the strength to believe in myself.

I can do anything I want, even if it's kicking a rich ass's butt.

Today is Sunday and my parents aren't working. We're sitting in the living room and are about to watch a movie.

„I'll do it.", I randomly say.

„Do what?", my dad asks genuinely confused.

„I'll marry him.", I'll keep calm and lean back. Hopefully no one sees that I'm really nervous right now.

„Really?", Theo looks at me with huge googly eyes.

„Yea, I thought about it for the past week and if he's terrible I'll just divorce him.", I shrug.

„Oh I'm sure you'll like him. He's very handsome.", mom winks at me.

„Hey!", dad says to mom.

„What? I'm not the one marrying him, your daughter is. Do you want an ugly man for her?", my mom loves to challenge people. She is sly as a fox, that's what's irresistible and dangerous about her. Her instinct has never failed her before, therefore listening to mom is the best choice one could ever make.

My dad says nothing and the rest of us start to laugh.

„Alright now that this is settled, I'll call him tomorrow but tonight is movie night.", my mom's practically jumping out of happiness.

I love my family. They are so silly, yet I can always count on them. I never needed friends because they were always there for me.

I've always had a close relationship to my family, we do everything together.

We cook together,

work together,

laugh together,

cry together,

party together,

live together,

we are always together.

I grew up learning that family is the most important thing ever and that you should always appreciate the ones you love most.

I am so very thankful for mom, dad and Theo because I don't think that I would survive without them.

They give me an indescribable feeling of happiness. Every time I look at them I need to smile.

Everything is better with them.

I would do anything for them, sacrifice my life for them, that's how much I love them and the reason why I will marry Emilio Romano

„There won't be a ceremony. It's just gonna be signing the papers and moving your stuff.", dad just finished the phone call. Mom went out earlier, so dad made the phone call for her.

„When will I move?"

„Next monday so you better start packing today. You need to be done by sunday."

„Ok sure. Can you get me some moving boxes and duck tape?"

„Of course, I need to check the restaurants out anyway. I'll get them on my way home."

„Thanks dad", and there he goes.

I have one week, huh. It seems so surreal. I can't believe this is happening.

I will be marrying a man the world has never seen before.

And I will start to pack my things today.

My family has done so much for me already. I think it's time to return the favour and relieve my parents.
