Everyone had taken time to heal from the fight, most bruises were gone but they were still healing. Throughout the break the teens took time to heal they were anticipating what it would be like to have Eagle Fang and Miyagi-Do combine.
Especially after they'd already drawn up an agreement for most things, there was still the deadlock on a new name, gi design, post-training snacks, and sensei dispute resolution protocol. But they were still excited
On the first day of officially combining dojos, Miyagi-Do waited for Eagle Fang to arrive outside in the backyard of the dojo. Miguel was the first to step into the backyard catching Cherish's eyes and while he still had a healing bruise surrounding his left eye she couldn't help but smile at him. Miguel walks towards Cherish as the rest of the group make their presence known
"Hi," Cherish whispers once the boy stood before her
"Hey," Miguel greets her with a kiss on the lips
Pulling apart and opening her eyes as they still stood inches apart Cherish couldn't help but let out a giggle, "Hi"
Miguel smiles at her giddiness and moves to stand at her side while the rest of Eagle Fang walk over to stand at their new teammate's side. While Hawk still had to gain people's trust him and Demetri were on better terms, so it made sense that they stood by each other's side. It seemed that the fight actually worked for the best because Chris and Mitch, and Bert and Nathaniel were on better terms and no longer wishing each other the worst.
Johnny and Daniel both stood side by side at the front both wearing headbands one white the other black. Both sensei's bow in sync at the teens making them bow at their sensei's and then for both sensei's to bow at each other.
"Ready?" Daniel asks the class
Johnny doesn't wait for answers before shouting, "Let's begin!"
The students couldn't help but look confused not certain as to what they were beginning. Demetri raises his hand to ask, "Uh, begin what exactly?"
The two sensei's look at each other before Daniel takes the lead, "Begin a new era. Many of us used to be enemies. But rivalries don't need to last forever. The All Valley Tournament is just a few months away, and this year, the stakes are higher than they've ever been. We know that Cobra Kai is gonna use every dirty trick in the book. There's only one way we're gonna be able to beat-"
