Cherish definitely had a better morning than Miguel did because while she painted her nails and ate cereal at 11 am Miguel was on his way to Olive Garden per Johnny's invite. Only Miguel didn't stay to eat because Johnny had also invited Robby and the two had made it clear they weren't civil enough to be in the same room.
Cherish wore a brown tan checkered skort with a black backless one-piece suit and a denim oversized jacket. With Senior year being around the corner Cherish had decided she would try to do her makeup every day for school. That meant eyeliner, eyebrows filled, smudge-proof lipstick, and maybe concealer and foundation.
In trying to get into the habit of doing her makeup every day Cherish timed herself every morning when doing her makeup the past week. That day waking up late Cherish had done the bare minimum of her makeup in 20 minutes, before heading out.
A skort was a bold choice considering it was short and she wore her well-known platform boots. It may be summer and she was visiting her boyfriend but she'd gotten so accustomed to wearing platform boots that she wasn't going to not wear them.
Cherish had gone over to the Diaz household once again. Her parents were at work teaching during the summer and while their classes were mid-day Cherish didn't want to be in the house alone surrounded by dogs - or at least not all day.
To tell the truth, Cherish was avoiding her house because it felt so empty without the twins coming in and out. Sure their goodbyes wasn't tearful but this was different, being in a house alone was something to get used to
Walking into the Diaz home Cherish is met with the eldest matriarch, "Ay mira que bonita te ves"
"Thank you." Cherish smiles taking the complement glad she paired the outfit well
"Van a salir?" Rosa asks wondering if the young girl had gotten dressed up to go out
"Creo que nos vamos a quedar en la casa. ¿Tienes planes?" Cherish asks wondering if she'd be in the apartment the whole time
"Voy a ayudar a Johnny con una sorpresa más tarde." Rosa answers just as Miguel walks into the living room "Ahora mismo voy a hacer unos mandados"
"What's the surprise?" Miguel asks walking into the room
