locking the door of his locker, Alethea turned around to see a group of four girls in-front of her made her sigh tiredly and annoyingly.
"you told us that your mother is dead, right?" the girl in-front asked while smirking, "so?" Alethea rudely said, "but i know another story and i think it's the real one." she said shrugging while Alethea's throat went dry.
"what do you mean?" Alethea inquired, "didn't she run away?" Alethea's eyes were blank after hearing the words from her mouth, Alethea had nothing to say back to her.
"i-its a lie-"
"no, it's not."
"It is."
"No-" before the girl could say more, Alethea punched her in her face making her fall on the ground. everyone present in the locker backed away seeing the view.
while at that time Maverick and his friend entered the locker room, and unfortunately Andrew was already present in there with his money digger friends.
"im warning you to not to mess with me again!" Alethea warned her with tears in her eyes and showing her, her index finger as a warning. "you're a psycho!" the punched girl yelled at Alethea, while Alethea just smirked with tears.
"woah!" Andrew said surprisingly while clapping and came towards the girls, while Maverick just rolled his eyes at his step-brother's action. "you're so cool, girl." he complimented Alethea.
but she ignored him and walked out from the locker room, the girl helped the punched ones to stand.
"you should've slap him, Andrew." the punched girl whinned with teary eyes, "Oh my darling, you got what you deserve." Andrew laughed before walking out with his friends too as well as Maverick also walked out.

The professor was teaching while Maverick's eyes were glued on the figure watching outside from the window of the class as it was Alethea.
"im warning you to not to mess with me again!"
her words repeated in his head until his best-friend Kavin shook him out from his thoughts, "what?" asked Maverick annoyed, "what are you thinking about?" Kavin whispered, "who is she?" Maverick asked looking at Alethea still watching outside the window.
"Oh she. she's Alethea Sanz, the only daughter of William Sanz." Kavin told Maverick, "William Sanz? you mean the businessman?" Kavin nodded in agreement.
suddenly Alethea stood up from her seat creating an annoying sound of the chair scratching the marbled floor, making everyone looked at her along with Maverick and Kavin.
"can i go to the restroom?" she asked the professor, "it's only 5 mins left for the class to end, you can go after that." said the professor, "sorry, but i need to go." Alethea said smoothly making other students whisper about her.
and with that she went out from the class.

opening the terrace junked gate, Alethea was met with the cold breeze of the winter. she walked towards the railing of the terrace which was boundary and looked up at the sky before tears streamed down her cheeks.
"didn't she run away?"
Alethea remembered the words of Kate, she was the flirty girl in the university and she hates Alethea don't know why.
'i didn't want people to know about my past especially about what my mother did, but now i think i couldn't stop them to know about it. and you know what, it's hurts me.' She said to herself in low voice while sniffling onto her running nose
"As long as you do not forget your past, you will not be able to make others forget it " Her eyes widened after hearing the male from behind.
