We arrive to Fenikkusu planet where the Otsutsuki clan originated from.
Jinshiki returns back to his clan branch's guardian. He then reports the status of planet earth, What happened & why other clan members that went there did not return back.
After hearing Jinshiki's report, one of the guardians knees Jinshiki to the abdomen and beats him down because he failed his tasks. Now, the higher ups of the clan was aware about the threat & there's life on earth (which is very valuable since the divine tree usually requires a huge amount of life force & chakra to produce bigger & better quality divine fruit, if the divine tree absorbs a lifeless planet, the quality of the fruit it produce is small & less ripe, the more life/chakra its able to absorb the better the quality of the fruit)
After what Jin reports back, the Otsutsuki clan are preparing themselves to invade earth in the future.
To open the portal to invade earth, it requires a gigantic amount of chakra & power which none of them has the capability to do so. The only one that have that amount of power & capability to do it is the false/fallen king. But now it is revealed that he's now in a deep sleep due to lack of chakra because of his previous battle with the True king. The scene then briefly shows the fallen king's chamber.

That's why otsusukis only consume half of the fruit that they harvest, the other half portion of the fruit they have to bring it back to their planet to feed it to the fallen king in order to wake/revive him back since his the only one that's capable of opening a portal that can teleport an army to invade earth.
Afterwards another guardian sends a telepathic message to command all of the Harvesters to return back to their harvesting planets to bring all of the divine fruits so they can use it to infuse the king. The guardians also informed the Planters to spread throughout the universe even more to plant more Divine tree to speed up the process.

A division of the Otsutsuki clan members that travels throughout the planets in the universe to harvest the divine fruit and bring it back.
"PLANTERS"
A division of the otsutsuki clan members that travels planet to planet to plant the seed (Ten-tails) so that the Harvesters can harvest it later in time when the beast turns into the Divine tree.
