After several years later since Sasuke's death & Naruto told the truth to Sakura, Months later somehow the intel on Boruto's the one who killed Sasuke was leaked. But since it's been years already they've been looking for him but have found any clue. So they declared that Boruto is now dead.
Current time : Boruto for the first time in years, Sets his journey to travel half of the world while wearing a mask & cape to cover his identity. While he was in the Land of Whirlpools, He trained with Kashin Koji & Bushin how to control & use multiple chakra nature before he proceed his mission to take down the AIBO organization.
Boruto now has left from the Land of Whirlpools and begins his journey to go to the Hidden Rain where AIBO'S main secret hideout headquarters. Bushin (The head villager from the Land of Whirlpool) Has assigned one of his villagers to give him a ride on a boat to set across the sea. Boruto previously said to Bushin that he can use the karma's ability to teleport straight to the Hidden Rain. But Bushin insisted that he save his chakra for the journey and the upcoming battle he's going to face.
As they now are able to see the other side of the land, Boruto asks the captain why he isn't steering the boat straight to the beach in front of them? The captain replies back as he recalled, there's a new bridge being constructed near the area and there's also several AIBO shinobis guarding the construction zone. So he doesn't want to get caught by them. Boruto then asks what the bridge is for? He (The Boat captain) replies back it's to connect to the Land of Whirlpools. But he doubts that the bridge will be able to withstand stand a chance to survive from the wrath of the waves and whirlpools that surrounds the Land of Whirlpools. A few hours later they arrived on the beach. The captain of the boat advises Boruto it's better for him to travel around the border perimeters of the Land of Fire due to Konoha now have expanded their sensory detection dome system. That way, they will not be able to detect & locate his presence.
Boruto then gives his thanks to the captain and begins walking by the beach. He is curious about the new bridge being constructed due to him theorising that AIBO was the one who wanted to build that bridge to get to the Land of Whirlpools due to the current situation AIBO was only using boats to get there all this time. He feared that when the bridge is completely built, They will ramp up their dirty activities. So Boruto is heading towards the location to check the construction's progression since it's only a few kilometers away from him.
