CHAPTER 51 : RELATABLE (LIGHT ROMANCE)

THE NEXT DAY (4 DAYS BEFORE CODE'S ARRIVAL)

Kawaki was just lying in the corridor of Eida's house while reading a documentary history book that told the story of Naruto's journey how he became the man he is today. Daemon was still sleeping in his room while his sister Eida had just finished taking a shower. Sarada, on the other hand, went out on a mission as she wanted to avoid feeling jealous of Eida.

As Kawaki reads the book, he begins to remember his memories with Naruto and how much of a father he was to him. He began to learn what made Naruto who he is today. Kawaki looked at the wall clock and it was 02:00 pm.

- Kawaki : Dammit.. Only 2 days left..

Suddenly Kawaki heard Eida calling his name screaming for help. Kawaki rushes to her room and immediately freezes.. He sees Eida lying on the floor wearing only a towel.. He then asks Eida what happened. Eida explained that she had just finished taking a shower and slipped and hurt her foot. He then tells her to put on some clothes first but she just replies back saying she can't get up.

Kawaki had no choice but to lift & carry Eida on her back and thighs to the side of the bed. Eida then complained to him saying her leg hurt. So she asked him in a polite tone to massage the bruise. Again, he had no choice but to do it since Daemon was still sleeping in his own room.

Kawaki was very uncomfortable with it. As he massaged her, Eida began to moan at the wonderful feeling of his touch. Kawaki then just closed his eyes trying to avoid the temptation of seeing her curvy waist through the thin towel. Eida couldn't hold back her desire anymore. So she kissed Kawaki's lips while holding his left hand and placed it on her left thigh then guided his hand to rub up and down her thigh a few times.

After a few seconds she bit his bottom lip slowly then sucked it, suddenly a spark entered Kawaki's mind and saw Sarada's image. He then unconsciously goes against Eida's persuasion by gently pushing her away.

- Eida felt angry inside but tried to calm herself : ... Don't you.. like it?...

- Kawaki : I.... (He wanted to be aggressive towards her for doing that but then he remembered that Shikamaru said not to make her angry.. Otherwise she might form an alliance back with Code)

- Eida : I'm sorry.... It's just.. I can only feel real emotions with you.. I won't know what other people's real emotions are for me.. since this curse charmed them.. This curse.. tormented me for a while. (Eida cries)

Kawaki empathizes with her because he can also relate to her because his karma is also a curse.. Because he is a former perfect vessel & has karma, Naruto's life is in danger. Out of sympathy and wanting her to stop crying, he then kissed her forehead. Eida felt very happy and thanked him for cheering her up.

Kawaki : Don't get me wrong.. I don't have time for romance.. I have more important things to do..

Before he walked away from her room, a flashback of him remembering Naruto said "We can all find something to relate with one another ya know. That includes me and you".
