It started with a fake relationship [Tighnari x Cyno]

Chapter 10

The next day, Tighnari felt happier than ever going to college. Now, he was no longer in a fake relationship with Cyno. Things would be better now.

As he arrived at college, a smile appeared on his face as he saw Cyno waiting outside for him.
His cheeks tuned red.

„ Good morning, Cyno!", Tighnari said smiling.
„ Good morning!", Cyno said.

Cyno made eye contact with Tighnari. He then leaned in as he kissed Tighnari's lips.
„ No way! I have never seen you guys kiss before!", a voice said. Out walked Al Haitham, and next to him was Crystal.

Both boys blushed.
„ Well I guess we feel more comfortable kissing now since we've been dating for longer now!", Cyno explained, not mentioning the fact that he was in a fake relationship before that.

The gang walked into the school building. Crystal walked next to Cyno, and Tighnari walked next to Al Haitham.

Al Haitham got down to Tighnari's level.
„ That kiss did not look like something you would do in a fake relationship!", Al Haitham whispered to Tighnari.

Tighnari simply smiled.
„ Oh haha, right! You didn't know yet!", Tighnari chuckled, „ Yesterday , I told Cyno how I felt...and now we are in a real relationship!", he said.

Al Haitham grinned.
„ That's amazing ! I'm happy for you guys!", he said smiling.

The whole day was nice, and different to the days when Cyno and Tighnari were in a fake relationship. It felt much better now for both of them that they were dating. They felt like they could be themselves more. And they could hold hands and kiss without hesitation.

After college, Cyno and Tighnari walked outside together holding hands.
„ So, should we go to my place? I can cook the dinner if you like!", Tighnari said.
Cyno smiled.
„ Of course! Who could say no to your amazing cooking?", Cyno asked.
Tighnari smiled.

Both boys got on a train. On the way back, Cyno made some jokes that Tighnari didn't find funny at all, but he still smiled because he loved Cyno. And he liked hearing whatever Cyno had to say, no matter how unfunny it was.

Both of them arrived at Tighnari's flat.
Cyno noticed after around 30 seconds that Collei wasn't there.

„ Hey where is Collei?", he asked.
„ She's on a trip with a friend of hers from Mondstadt until Sunday!", Tighnari answered.

„ Oh. Well as it's just both of us, I guess we can call this a date since Collei isn't here!", Cyno said.

Tighnari turned red.
„ Well, I will start cooking! You can watch some TV or do anything you'd like to!", Tighnari said.
„ Anything I'd like to? Well in that case, I would rather help you cook!", Cyno said.
Tighnari smiled.

Tighnari decided to make his tomato sauce again, since he knew how much Cyno liked it.

After an hour of preparing the tomato sauce, Tighnari could finally cook the pasta.

„ Thanks for your help, Cyno!", Tighnari said, „ I will have to wait in the kitchen until the pasta has finished cooking, but since I don't need your help, you can already sit at the dinner table if you'd like to!"

„ I think I'd rather stay here with you!", Cyno said.

He approached Tighnari, put his hands on Tighnari's waist and gave him a peck on his neck. He then rested his head on Tighnari's left shoulder.

Tighnari's eyes opened widely and his cheeks turned red since he was not used to being in a relationship. It had caught him completely off guard.
But the good thing was, he knew he would always feel comfortable and happy when Cyno would be around him.

Eventually, dinner was ready and both boys could eat their dinner.
„ Yet again, this tomato sauce is beautiful!", Cyno said smiling as he had taken one bite.
„ Thank you!", Tighnari thanked.

There was silence for a few moments.
„ If I'm correct, I'm your first partner, right?", Cyno wanted to know.
„ Yeah!", Tighnari proudly responded, „ but I'm not your first partner since you dated Crystal!"

Cyno nodded his head.
„ Well yes, Crystal was my girlfriend before you...but there was someone else before you too!", Cyno said.

Tighnari was surprised.
„ Oh really? Who?", he asked.

„ I had a girlfriend during my final year of high school who was so obsessed with me, that I had to get a restraining order that she would stay away from me!", Cyno said,
„ Her name is Candace!"

„ Oh really? Well wow, that sounds awful that she was too obsessed!", Tighnari gasped.

„ Well the reason why I'm telling you this is because...well the problem is...she kind of is bothering me again!", Cyno said.

Tighnari gasped.
„ Really!?!", he gasped.

„ Yeah! I posted a picture of both of us yesterday evening on Instagram...and then, she commented on it and said "oh you've moved on I see". She then proceeded to direct message me and told me that even though we had broken up, I was a cheated and still belonged to her!", Cyno sadly said.

Tighnari felt bad.
„ I think you should block her! She can't do anything since she doesn't go to our college! And I will be there for you if she did try to get back with you!", Tighnari said.

Cyno felt a bit better after Tighnari said those words to him.
„ Thank you! What would I do without you?", he said as a smile appeared on his face.

There was silence for a moment.
„ Oh yeah, I was meaning to ask you this...but how did you realize back last year that you had feelings for me?", Tighnari asked.

Cyno smiled.
„ Well, last year, we shared 3 classes together and you always sat in front of me. I always stared at you and thought to myself "oh my, isn't he beautiful". And you seemed like a really nice person. I was too nervous to talk to you, even though I wasn't nervous talking to other people. After a few months, I finally knew the reason why I was too nervous talking to you was because I liked you!", he said.

Tighnari smiled back.
„ I honestly thought no one really liked me on campus, even as a friend...and to think now I have an amazing boyfriend, and 2 amazing friends...it's just shocking for me I guess!", Tighnari laughed.

Both of them finished eating, then they both cleared up the table.

It was around 8PM at this point.
„ Well, I'm gonna head home now! It's getting late!", Cyno said.
„ I enjoyed our date! Even if it was just at my flat!", Tighnari laughed.

„ On Saturday, we should go on a date together for the whole day. And afterwards, I can invite you over to my house since you've never been over!", Cyno said.
„ Oh my God! Yes! I would love that!", Tighnari happily said full of excitement .

„ Well then, good night love!", Cyno said. He pulled Tighnari closer and kissed his forhead, and then his lips.
„ Good night darling!", Tighnari said as he kissed Cyno back.

They both were a blushing mess.
„ Well, I can't wait to see you tomorrow at college!", Cyno said winking his eye before he left.

Tighnari immediately to his bed and jumped on it. He screamed into his pillow out of happiness.

He was so grateful to have someone like Cyno.
